central location, easy to find, basic but clean and sufficient. good enough for a few nights
What could be improved: bedding and towels very worn. synthetic material was very worn and bobbly, not pleasant to sleep on.

Property was in an excellent location, the taxi dropped us off at the top of the city by the Muza gate and it was a few steps down to the apartment, the property was clean and excellent and you were right by the cheaper restaurants on the first tier of steps.
We loved our stay here in Dubrovnik. The location was fabulous, just in the old town. Josip was super responsive and helpful. The facilities in the house were all great and the beds were comfy
The location is inside the city walls, which is nice, the AC worked very well, especially during the excessive heatwave. The beds were comfortable and the refrigerator was large. The host, Josip, was very friendly and helpful. Great communication.
What could be improved: It could be cleaned a bit better between guests. New bathroom and kitchen rugs would help. The shower had a few empty shampoo and soap bottles which made the space feel like it was given enough attention.
There are stairs to get to the apartment, which will be normal for any apartment within the city walls. Getting creative to avoid them or to climb less stairs is possible.

My family stayed at this wonderful apartment in Dubrovnik from the 20th to the 25th of May, and it was a delightful experience. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay very convenient. The location was ideal, with easy access to the Old Town and other key attractions. The local public transport made it easy to explore the coastal areas. Although we didn't meet the host in person, the communication was excellent, and they provided detailed instructions.
