Bakery, supermarket, and cafe restaurants are exactly on the other side of the street.
Distance from the old city by car is around 7 minutes.
There are Jasmin flowers in the backyard, which leads to a favorable smell in the rooms.

The house was perfect for our group of four, offering plenty of space, two full bathrooms (a huge plus!), and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The highlight was definitely the gorgeous view – we loved sitting on the terrace and taking in the scenery, especially during sunset. The place was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained.
Located in a quiet area but still within easy reach of the old town, it gave us the best of both worlds: peace and convenience. Would absolutely recommend this place to families or small groups looking for a relaxing and scenic stay in Dubrovnik!

Great apartment - location is perfect, close to beaches, marina and the old town. Apartment is located right next to a pizzeria, bakery and supermarket. Host welcomed us nicely and was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was very spacious and clean. We look forward to coming back in the future.

What could be improved: Personal preference but the mattresses are on the soft/extra soft side. So you sink in completely/hard to turn in bed. We are more used to medium-firm mattresses, so it was hard to get used to. However, considering that I was only here for a few days, it wasn't much of a problem.
Very friendly and helpful host. The apartment is neat and clean with a nice living room view. The bed rooms are really comfortable for a good sleep. Restaurants/Grocery/Bakery are just in front of the apartment. I loved the kitchen and the dining room. I was worried about the lights and road side noise. But the insulation is really good, didn't face any issue.

Very spacius appartament, comfortable for 2 couples, but still ok for 6 people, situated close to the old marine, where you can take Jadrolinja ferry to go to neighbouring islands at a very cheap price. Old town is not too far- 20 minutes by bus. Nearby the appartament there are unexpensive shops, bakeries and a pizza restaurant. If you want to prepare meals on your own you can use a modern kitchen with excellent equipment. Mateo is a perfect host- ready to help everytime we've had a question.
