  We loved everything about the apartment, especially its modern furnishings and incredibly well-equipped kitchen.
  
  The apartment is a 40-minute walk from the old town, but we enjoyed exploring other parts of the city on foot.
  
  The terrace is probably the main selling point, and for good reason: sunsets are breathtaking.
  
  The neighborhood is peaceful with lovely cats, and the host is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay in this part of Dubrovnik.

  The balcony was amazing! the views and sunsets were just incredible. The bed and sofa were both very comfortable. Our check in was great, Maro couldn’t have been more helpful with lots of tips of places to visit and things to do and see. The communication was fantastic. We would definitely recommend Apartment Nia Superior and if we are back in Dubrovnik we will definitely stay again!!

  Die Aussicht von der riesigen Terrasse aus ist der absolute Hammer.
  Das Appartment ist richtg nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch an Sauberkeit hat es nicht gefehlt.
  Die Betten sind äußerst bequem.
  Maro der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend.
  
  What could be improved: Die Lage ist nicht so toll. Ohne Uber Taxi oder Bus ist es weit zur Innenstadt. Auch die steilen Treppen zum Appartment sind nicht so attraktiv.
  Der kleine Laden um die Ecke ist Sonntags geschlossen d. h. wenn man Samstags nach 21.00 ankommt gibt es keine Möglichkeit sich mit Lebensmittel zu versorgen außer mit Uber zum nächsten Supermarkt der geöffnet hat zu fahren.
