  I was in Dubrovnik for a conference near the Old City. The apartment is 30 minutes' walk along a coastal road with a stunning sea view. I walked twice daily between the conference venue and the apartment. It is also the bus route between the two locations should one wish to take advantage of the local transport system. The apartment was well equipped and had everything I needed and more. The landlord was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider returning when I am in Dubrovnik again.

  Large balcony, airconditioning in all rooms, fast WLAN, very friendly host, 10min. walk from the beach, 5min walk from the bus, which takes you to old town in 15min. Supermarket close by as well.
  
  What could be improved: Be prepared to walk up a small slope when going home.

  We stayed in Dubrovnik for one week, and our experience at this accommodation was exceptional. The place was immaculate and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed readily available. There were plenty of towels and bed linens provided, which was very convenient, and the kitchen was fully equipped. A highlight was the really large balcony, where we could always enjoy our breakfast.
  
  The location was wonderfully quiet, offering a peaceful retreat. It was just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, making transportation easy. Additionally, we were able to reach a nearby supermarket within 5 minutes. We could easily park our rental car next to the house, which was also very convenient. The old town was very easy to reach by bus. A ticket costs around €1.70, which is definitely worth it.
  
  The host was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The key handover was very straightforward.
  
  Overall, this is a highly recommended place to stay, offering both comfort and convenience.

  Very comfortable and equipped apartment, friendly staff and location at walking distance from the sea, beaches, walkways, restaurants and other attractions. Easy access to old town by the bus. Highly recommended.

  We really enjoyed the locality and Sunset beach views. We also recommend you to visit the old town and Lokrum island.

  Very comfortable, has everything you need, very big balcony area and located in a quiet street.
  Host was very accommodating, even gave us fresh tomatoes from the garden.

  We were met by the owner who explained the property was his family home and they move out over the summer to make a little money. As a result the apartment was very homely and we had orange juice, coffee, tea and water all available for our arrival, they'd even provided some sweets and a packet of biscuits.
  
  Large bedrooms, one King and two wide singles. Well catered kitchen, good shower and a washing machine.
  
  The terrace with table and chairs was shaded but you could sit out to enjoy the afternoon sun if required.
  
  A short walk to the restaurants in Lapad (the Mexican was exceptional but also check out the Korean). Bus number 6 takes you into the old town, usually 10-15 minutes. The area itself felt very safe, quiet and we had no issues during our stay.

  We have spent a lovely vacation with 2 adults and 2 teenagers in the apartment. We especially appreciated the large terrace and the air conditioners in every room. The apartment is located in walking distance to Sunset Beach (900 m) and to supermarkets and restaurants. Giuseppe is an excellent host who organized airport transfers for us and is always available for questions..

  The location is perfect, the apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you could want for a holiday It was very close to the harbour which was perfect to catch a ferry and for days out on a boat. Close to Sunset beach and Old Town. The beds were comfy the aircon was good, the host was brilliant very helpful would highly recommend.
