  Terrific location with views of fort and ocean, close enough to old town that my 3 year old could walk. Also very close to a great little (shaded!) playground. Not nearly as many stairs to get to it from parking as some suggested, not a problem for suitcase. Parking great, completely flat and easy to get into. Clean and comfortable place with plenty of kitchen stuff. Even some snacks left.
  
  What could be improved: Had a little trouble with communication before arriving that I think were some weird technical glitch, but could have been made irrelevant with a better intro letter that specified when/how we should expect to be connecting about key handoff.
  Once we did get in contact she really went out of her way, driving across town to meet us and help us in.

  Central location. Immaculately clean with most things you need for a pleasant stay. Air con worked super & very much needed in heat wave. Host attentive & easy to deal with. There's a pleasant bar about 100 metres from the appt but only serves cold breakfasts, no food. You need to go into the city walls to eat or catch a bus to go further afield. 2 local beaches within 10 mins walking distance were fab. City walls within 15 min walk too. History of the city was amazing, well worth doing walking tour to learn & visit museum at top of hill.
  
  What could be improved: You may find the stairs to the appt a struggle in the heat but that's dubrovnik life it's what to expect. Prices in dubrovnik are high borderline rip off but that's because it's a tourist trap area. City walls access 37 euros. 4 minute cable car return journey 27 euros. Food expensive & not great quality.

  Very nice location with a great terrace showing the view of the Old Town. It has its own private parking which is a big plus. It also accommodates small pets. The property is very clean. It has all the amenities that one could ask for.
  
  What could be improved: The walls and ceilings are thin because you can hear your neighbors.

  The facilities, cleanliness and kindness of the hosts were excellent. They helped us greatly with our baggage during our arrival and departure. This Dubrovnik stay happened to be in the middle of a much longer trip to multiple climates, so we had extra luggage. If we were travelling light, this place would have been ideal for us.
  
  What could be improved: As with most of Dubrovnik, the stairs. For this location, it was over 100 steps just to reach the main street. But except for the steps, everything else was wonderful.

  Location was very short walking distance from the center, great views, AC, big room with full appliances. It was a bit hard to find the right apartment.

  The apartment is all renovated and decorated, with all amenities needed and also it has free parking space. The host it is really friendly and helped me to find the parking spot and also how to get in the house.
  
  What could be improved: The house it is close to central area with everything needed nearby, but is necessary to take a long stairways to get there. Also the accommodation can only be paid in cash no card or transfer accepted.
