It’s tucked into this quiet residential street in Lapad – Ulica Kneza Domagoja – which honestly sounds intimidating until you realize it’s just a peaceful neighborhood road about a 15-minute walk to some of Dubrovnik’s best beaches. The building itself has that clean, modern Croatian apartment vibe without trying too hard to be fancy.
I mean, this isn’t your typical hotel experience – it’s more like borrowing a friend’s well-kept apartment, which is exactly what you want when you’re staying somewhere for more than a couple nights. The apartments are spacious (actually spacious, not “European spacious”), and each one has a proper kitchen where you can make coffee the way you like it instead of wrestling with those tiny hotel machines. The owner, I’m guessing from the Radić family, clearly takes pride in the place – everything feels maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The balconies are where you’ll probably end up spending your evenings, especially if you snag one of the upper floors with partial sea views between the pine trees.
What really sells me on this place is how it sits in Lapad Peninsula. You’re far enough from the Old Town chaos that you can actually sleep at night (trust me, those medieval streets get loud), but close enough that a quick bus ride or pleasant 20-minute walk gets you to all the tourist stuff. The beach at Lapad Bay is literally around the corner – it’s this lovely curved stretch of pebbles with clear water and way fewer crowds than the beaches closer to the city walls. There’s a small grocery store about three blocks away, and honestly, picking up some local cheese and wine to enjoy on your balcony beats expensive hotel room service any day. The 9.2 rating makes total sense when you consider you’re getting apartment-style space and privacy at three-star prices, plus the kind of personal attention that only happens at smaller places. It’s the sort of spot where you might actually feel like you’re living in Dubrovnik for a few days instead of just passing through.

A bowl of fruit on arrival was a treat specially on a very warm day! Good restaurant very close by.

Superb Exceptionally welcoming host who spent time telling me about the area; fresh fruit and water in the fridge . I was allowed to leave my case until I was ready to leave. Very clean and comfortable and good location . Lovely gesture of a souvenir gift on departure. Great value for money !

Nice retreat from the hustle and bustle. Lovely spot, not far from public transport and restaurants.
The apartments have a lovely outlook onto a garden and are not far from the local outdoor picture theatre. Our host was so nice and took the time to show us all the best places to visit. The air conditioning was great to return home to in the August heat. :)
What could be improved: The only recommendation would be to replace the mattress. Everything else was great!

Best hotel in Dubronik Ljiljana is really the best host I ever met with. She’s so kind in nature and very lovely. She gave a beautiful surprise to my daughter. Her hospitality is the best.

Very good the studio apartment was in a perfect location and the host Lillian was very helpful.
I would stay here again Liliana was a lovely host. We were greeted by her with watermelon and juice and later that evening she brought us homemade cakes. She made us feel very welcome. The apartment was clean and well supplied.
Everything you need for a perfect holiday in Dubrovnik! Location: Wonderful 10mins walk to the most beautiful beach in town through a pedestrian street full of cafes and restaurants. My 6 year old thought everything was very close and enjoyed the surroundings. Two supermarkets and a bus stop right next to the apartments. Quiet and safe location.
Apartment: Clean and spacious. Kitchen with stove, toaster and everything you need, really useful with kids. Wifi is fast, we could even watch movies. Smart TV, washing machine, plenty of hot water, basically everything you can ask for.
Recommend this apartment to everyone due to it's perfect location and friendly people. Hope to see you again!
