  The room was Spacious, very clean. In the kitchen was all equipment we needed. Very comfortable bed. Clean towels by the pool every day. The host was very friendly and kind.

  Could not rate this accommodation more highly, it was absolutely perfect. We stayed in the studio apartment which was perfect for us (2 friends). Would also be ideal for a couple. The apartment was really spacious, big bed and nice living area with kitchenette. The apartment and surrounds were spotless. The pool was beautiful as well with plenty of sun loungers. Close to the main area of Lapad and a supermarket only a couple of minutes away. Mateo could not have been more helpful with checking in and giving us loads of local recommendations. He also brought us some wine and cappuccinos by the pool! 10/10 would highly recommend.

  Matto was exceptionally nice and friendly. He gave us great recommendations for our stay and we can’t wait to come back! The place was very clean and professionally run. I highly recommend.
  
  What could be improved: One minor advice would be to install the black out curtains as they currently don’t fully protect the sunlight coming in.

  the hosts are incredible! so welcoming, so helpful, so kind. the place is well equipped with everything you need and so close to beaches, restaurants, bars.
  
  What could be improved: no negatives! loved it. the only thing is that maybe so more privacy around the pool would be good but that is all. 10/10!

  This was a great find for us. A clean, modern, well equipped, quiet, roomy and reasonably priced apartment in the middle of Lapad. One of 6 with a small shared pool, the owner Mato is on-site and very friendly/helpful with lots of local reccomendations. We really appreciated the apartment had a coffee machine complete with good coffee and a box of filters plus lots of towels, a communal washing machine and comfortable bed. 10 min walk to beaches and restaurants, bus stop to old town on the doorstep.
  
  What could be improved: Uber really struggled to find the location which made pick up and drop off a little difficult, it's not remote just doesn't show on the map which was a bit frustrating. .
  Only a few of the rooms have balconies so it pays to check this if it's important to you – we missed having one, though we did use the communal one downstairs. The pool area is quite small, if lying in the sun is your thing it can be a bit of a squeeze…

  amazing pool for relaxation. Bus stop is right outside so there’s easy access to the town. lots of good restaurants and bars within 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Dubrovnik

  The hosts are lovely. Very welcoming whenever we seen them and really wanted to make our stay great. Despite others being in the same building we barely saw anyone for the 4 days we stayed though, which was good.
