Very communicative staff, earlier check in, easy key collection from the box. The accommodation is in a quiet and peaceful street, 5 min walk to the center on Stradun, 5 min through the walls is swimming in the sea. Important information about the accommodation and the city was sent in advance. Highly recommended.

The location of the apartment was perfect for the Old town. It was in a quiet side street, but only a 2 minute walk to the main two streets.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for the stay. Our hosts were very attentive and the self check in option was was useful due to our late arrival time (midnight)
The location was just perfect. You don’t need to come to the downtown everyday ( like many tourists visiting Dubrovnik do ) - you just wake up there and enjoy being in heart of Dubrovnik.

Very nice host and co-host who contacted me before my arrival. Very clear advice and guidance on check in. Coffee in the kitchen! Good facilities in the room which is right in the center of the old town, near the big stairs.
What could be improved: Be prepared for the steep steps in the old town and stairs to the top floor.
The directions to find the apartment were really clear and detailed (a series of photos with arrows showing where to go) which is essential when you are going to your accommodation for the first time. The apartment has a lovely local, Dubrovnik feel rather than a sterile, modern apartment vibe. The through ventilation is really good so you don't need the air-conditioning at all. Although the property has no outside space of its own, it is really easy just to go and sit in the street with a glass of wine and watch the world go by. The area is very quiet, other than classical music drifting in sometimes from the near-by music school, which really adds to the ambiance.
What could be improved: This is not a dislike, but older travellers with heavy luggage should be warned that there are lots of steps to climb to get to the property.
Great location but everything was quiet. The apartment has everything you need and the hosts communication is excellent. Provided detailed steps in how to get there. Great having facilities to cook or wash clothes if needed. Would come again!
What could be improved: My only tiny comment was the bed, although large want that confidante comfortable (for us too hard) and sqeeks when anyone moves :)
