  The jetty by the sea was the selling point for me personally – very much enjoyed having a cup of tea by the water in the morning

  Located in a very quiet area. Check-in was easy and had a lovely stay. Highly recommended.

  Location was good. Met Uber drivers at Shelby’s pub. Close to grocery store and beaches. Quiet and safe location.

  The location was good in reasonable distance of the regular bus to the old Town and also numerous eating places. The garden was great with sunbeds and an sitting/eating area. The house was lovely and relaxing to sit in inside in an evening. Communication with the owner was very straightforward, and the apartment was well-equipped with no need to do a lot of shopping except for daily food. It was possible to get out from the garden to sit by the water.
  
  What could be improved: It was so good, but a warning that the entry to the building has stone steps and looks a bit dilapidated, but once you are in the apartment it is very freshly refurbished. Also it is opposite where the cruise ships dock, so they could occasionally be a bit noisy as they gave out notices to their passengers over the speaker system but otherwise were no problem (quite interesting actually)

  A clean apartment with nice, well decorated rooms and a garden.
  Probably the most well-equipped apartment I have ever been in – it had a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a nice coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster ect. There was everything you might need to cook, including spices and oil, as well as coffee. There were even the yoga mats pictured in the photos.
  Really nice location, there is a beach nearby. There are quite a few beaches in Dubrovnik, but they are often crowded, while the beach nearby was not, so we visited a couple of times. There is a bus stop nearby with busses going to the old town (1 ticket is 1.73eur, I think), but it's not super far away if you want to walk there.
  Check in and check out was super easy.
