Beautiful apartment with spectacular views across theharbour. Easy 15 min walk down to the harbour and plenty of buses to the old town and beyond.
Property manager Mateo was terrific meet us at the property and spent time explaining the apartment and how to get around the city.
We booked his driver to take us to the airport only 40 euro against taxi cost 65 euro.
Highly recommend to anyone going to Dubrovnik.

Everything was excellent. Everything you needed in the apartment. quiet area. There is always shade, which is important in the summer :-). Very friendly and helpful people.

The apartment is modern, well equipped and comfortable with an amazing balcony view to the north west bay of Dubrovnik. Restaurants, Cafés and Grocery stores are nearby. Mateo gave us the most welcoming introduction with a lot of recommendations for the area.
What could be improved: Free available parking spots nearby are rare which should be kept in mind if you’re arriving by car or choose to rent one.
The new port (5min), Lapad beach (15min) and the old town (25min) can be reached within short walking distance. Supermarkets are right around the corner. The view from the balcony is stunning and great for a glass of wine after an eventful day.
Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was perfectly clean.

Location was high in the hills, but not too far from harbour. Nice view from balcony. Clean apartment.
Mateo was so helpful and friendly - he really is a gem and made us feel so welcome. We had all the amenities we needed, the bed was huge and very comfy. Nice and quiet at night so we were well rested.
What could be improved: Very slight downside is the amount of steps and hills to get around near the property but this is much the same with the whole area. On the plus side it’s good exercise!
Very clean and modern with everything you need. In between Dubrovnik old town and Lapad, which was ideal. Not too far to walk to either, but there was plenty of steps and hills, which we didn't mind, but it wouldn't suit everyone. The kitchen had all the facilities you need. The shower was excellent and the bed was so comfortable we had some very good sleep. The apartment has good air-conditioning in the lounge diner and bedroom. The views from the balcony are superb.
What could be improved: We liked it all, apart from parking which can be a challenge.
