  Great location as it’s near old town with 10-15mins walk.

  Location was very good, easily walk into old town in about 20 mins or get a bus (no 4) within a 1-2 min walk to bus stop. Apartment is very nicely decorated and all the facilities as described. Mateo the host is excellent and made sure we had lots of information and very quick to respond to my WhatsApp about checking in. The views from balcony are wonderful and you can see the sunrise.

  Perfect location as it was outside of the busy section of the old town, quiet, however many tep to walk anywhere. Not ideal if you are not a hiker or walker.

  Clean, modern, centrally located between old town and sunset beach and harbour. Great terrace lovely views, flexible furniture with loungers. Good WiFi. Host responsive and provided new kettle when we found the original did not work. Helpful with airport transfers
  
  What could be improved: No hooks anywhere to hang towels, could do with more comfy seats. Doors have no catches or locks including bathroom door, so they don’t stay closed. Travelling as a group of friends so privacy was slightly compromised.

  Perfectly located, Old town Dubrovnik is in walking distance. Recently constructed apartment building, our apartment was large,clean and with quite large terrace with the sea view. Our host Ivan was very nice and helpful.
