The building sits perfectly positioned in Lapad, and you can tell right away why couples keep coming back here. There’s something about the way it’s tucked into this quieter part of Dubrovnik that just works.

Here’s what I love about staying in Lapad β you’re close enough to Old Town (about 15 minutes by bus) but far enough away to actually get some peace. The apartment setup here means you’re not dealing with typical hotel noise, and Dunavska ulica is one of those streets where locals actually live, not just tourist central. You’ve got the beach literally a few minutes’ walk away, and I mean a proper beach where you can spread out, not those tiny rocky patches you find closer to the city walls.
