  We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment during our honeymoon this summer. From the moment we arrived, Ina (the host) was very welcoming and thoughtful. There was a fruit basket waiting for us, along with a nice bottle of Croatian wine in the fridge. Ina even left a small gift, fresh flowers, and a lovely card, which we still keep on our bookshelf, and it always put a smile on our faces☺️
  
  The apartment complex is located in a pedestrian area with a great balance between quietness and bars/ restaurants nearby. If you want to go to the Old town, it would be just 15 mins trip by bus, which departs nearby.
  It was the best decision to live outside the Old town, as it is extremely crowded during the hot season, especially when cruise ships arrive for a stay. So in this location you can relax and enjoy the nature, and easily go to the town, whenever you want.
  
  The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay.
  Sunbathing area is super nice and convenient, so you can relax in a private area after the swim, and enjoy the seaside view. The small rocky beach directly in-front of the entrance is also a big plus, sometimes it can be completely empty, and you can enjoy your swim alone, far from the crowded big beaches.
  There is also jacuzzi area with a great view, where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing.
  Ina made our stay very memorable and stress-free, and also helped to arrange transfers from/to the airport. The driver was nice and friendly, even gifted us a small bottle of Rakia😊

  Very homely had everything we needed. Our host Ina was so lovely and helpful, gave lots of information about the local area of Lapad and Dubrovnik which we found really helpful. Bus ride to Dubrovnik centre was short walk from the Apartment and was every 15mins until late at night. There is a small bathing area to access the sea opposite the access door to the apartments on the walkway, so we could then can return to sun-beds in apartment grounds overlooking the sea after swimming.
  
  What could be improved: We was aware of the amount of steps to the property before going. We had fantastic leg muscles after our ten days.😂But the whole of this area has lots of steps especially in Dubrovnik so not really a dislike just something to be aware of if you have limited mobility.

  Great stay, excellent location. We were allowed to come earlier and check out late due to the evening flight that we didn't even have to ask for, which I am really grateful to Kresimir.
  Only for adults, so it was really quiet. Bed was very comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: Payment is not made via booking. We have received external link to the payment. I was a bit conscious and even called booking to verify this. At the end it was confirmed to be legitimate and ultimately everything went well without any issues. So in fact this was not a problem, but just to make others aware.

  Great stay ! The owner is a very friendly woman.
  The flat is clean, spacious and it is in an amazing location, close to: the beach, restaurants, bus stop and shops. The bus to Dubrovnik goes very often so no problem to travel there if you want to see the city.
  There is also a jacuzzi and a terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy privacy.
  We highly recommended! If we come back to Dubrovnik we will definitely pick this place !

  Very good location
  Nice and clean Apartment
  Closed off area with lounge chairs to leave your stuff when going in the sea, ladder to the water opposite of the entrance door
  Just be aware, the apartments are up a load of stairs on the property if you have a lot of luggage or aren’t mobile.
  The view from the balcony is breathtaking though!

  Excellent location at Lapad beach! Host organized us a pick up at the airport. Driver instructed us for the right "gate" at seaside boulevard as it is walking zone and informed our host. Host met us at the facility and introduced us to the facility, surroundings and gave us plenty of tips for exploring Dubrovnik. Apartment was spacious, bed was comfy, small balcony was perfect to relax after the day and watching sun go beyond the hill (you do not see the actual sunset but it is still beautiful!). There are sun beds available and access to go for a swim right in front of the gate. Location is great, just a few minutes from Lapad walking street with restaurants and shops, and direct access to seaside boulevard that you can follow all the way around Lapad. 2 buses leave close by to Dubrovnik old city every 10 or 20 minutes until the late evening.
  
  Don't be afraid of steps, there are not really that many and is just good exercise (unless you have walking disabilities or bad health).
  If you have evening flight going back home, i would recommend to book the apartment one extra night. You can leave your luggage and get a key for the gate, but there is no shower to clean up after day in the sun nor changing room
  
  What could be improved: there is no coffee machine, nor filter. We brought a few filter bags with us and used pasta drainer to filter coffee….

  Perfect location overlooking Lapad Beach bay. Quiet only sound of waves to fall asleep to. Steps down from apartment to water, and very short walk to main street with a variety of restaurants, bars, shops. Short (5-10 min) walk to two different bus stops offering regular shuttle to Dubrovnik old town. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Dubrovnik.
  
  What could be improved: Steps to parking can make bigger luggage a bit challenging to get to/from rental car or taxi drop off.

  Great location, beautiful view, comfortable, small pool was nice to have. Greeting upon arrival from woman overseeing property helpful and kind.
  
  What could be improved: The stairs, as warned, are truly exhausting. The living room couch needs to be replaced for certain. The bathroom had bit of odor and hot water inconsistent.

  Wonderful location, our room was well equipped with a fabulous balcony overlooking the sea. Our host was fantastic, she let us check in early, gave us lots of information about activities in Dubrovnik, and local information. She also let us check out late as we had a late flight. There was a spa pool and sauna available to guests. Overall a brilliant holiday
