We recently stayed at this apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The facilities inside the apartment are perfect and it has absolutely everything you would need. The room was spotless. When meeting the owner for check in to access the property we were met with a lovely welcoming attitude which made us feel right at home. Communication is perfect. The apartment feels very safe. The view in the morning over the fort and city walls is beautiful. We loved absolutely everything about this little gem of an apartment and were sad to leave to head home. The property is a credit to the owners who are doing a wonderful job with it. Thank you again for a lovely stay😊
What could be improved: Not an issue for us during our stay, but just a heads up there is a fair bit of stairs to access the accommodation so someone with mobility issues may find it unsuitable. Other than that it is worth the few extra steps back up at night

It was very close to the Old Town and the unit itself is clean and has a comfortable living space. It is well maintained and I just really loved it there!
The hotel was located near Pile Gate. We dropped our rental car at Rixos and took a very short bus ride to Pile Gate. We took the walking path at the north boundary of the parking lot behind Wine Museum to turn right onto the second alley. It was 133 steps up to the apartment building and our room was 22 steps up again from the entrance. Detailed instructions were provided and the host was waiting for us to greet us and showed us the room amenities. We knew the stairs involved but still challenging exercise to climb with my and wife’s luggage. Then we opened the window to unbeatable view of the walled city and the fortress with backdrop of turquoise ocean. It was worth the sweat. The room was very quiet and we walked from/ to the apartment after sunset with no safety concerns. Everything was modern and convenient. Bed was firm and comfortable. Coffee maker and tea maker were available and so were utensils. Although we didn’t use, a washing machine was inside the bathroom. We dined at Gradska Kavana Arsenal and Dubravka 1836 operated by the same ownership with same excellent menu (10% discount card for the second visit) and Kopun Restaurant. The latest checkout time was 10:00 am but the host was so kind to allow us to leave luggage inside the room till 2:00 pm after 10:00 checkout. She waited for us till then. It was very nice of her.
Central to everything in Dubrovnik without the steps! Clean, modern and exceptional staff. Not much more you could ask for! Will be booking again!
Close to old city.and beaches.Wehad the best time. The steps are a challenge but that’s Dubrovnik Easy walk to restaurants.
