Great location in lapad, a stones throw from the beach, with shops, restaurants and the port all close by. The number 4 bus to old town also stops opposite the building. Perfect for us.

The location is perfect! Accessibility for mobility is reduced, supermarket and bar downstairs. The little town with restaurant, rental car and bakery.

This apartment offers a fantastic stay with its spacious, clean, and new interior. Located in a prime area, it provides easy access to the city's attractions and amenities. The host was accommodating and allowed early check-in, which was greatly appreciated.
The parking spot is another standout feature: it is secure and generously sized.
Overall, this apartment meets all expectations for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

Lovely apartment, close to the beach, supermarket, bus stop, restaurants and shops, fully equipped, clean and comfortable,

The property was fantastic, really big, everything you could possible need & then even more, really clean & modern, the biggest balcony I have ever seen, really comfy beds, I can’t put into words how great this apartment was, would 100% stay again , really easy to get into Dubrovnik old town €8 in an Uber

The beach is not as the picture shows, very small no sunbeds & not great, there was a hotel next door with a fabulous pool & loads of sunbeds that allow you to hire daily

nice comfortable roomy accommodation, very good location near of the bus stop leading to centrum, not far from nice Lapad beach, if we visit Dubrovnik next year we'll take this accommodation
What could be improved: on background of locality a little noise of nearby air-conditioning systems had been spread but when you closed windows during nights you didn't hear anything, during day you didn't realized it because of workaday sounds.
Excellent lication a few steps from the beach as well as from the bus station to the Old Town, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, drying rack, cleaning supplies, modern, clean furniture, single use slippers, smart TV, very spacious terrace, security elevator chip...everything was fabulous. We asked for recommendations on local venues and were plesently surprised by it all. Simply outstanding!
