  Excellent location right in the heart of the old city. Good communication with the manager who met us to check in. Very quiet, comfortable room.
  
  What could be improved: It was an old building so obviously there were lots of steep steps within the property to get to our room, but the manager helped us with our cases, which was lovely. Everything else was perfect.

  What could be improved: Ability to make a fresh coffee so as not to have to dress and climb 4 flights of steep spiral stairs to go out for coffee early in the morning.

  The host was friendly and generous. The location was ideal.
  
  What could be improved: The means of communication through booking.com messages was often unsuccessful. It appeared the host and myself sometimes ignored each other. I did often not receive notification of 'undelivered' message for a day or two.

  The view is spectacular and the room is spacious and stunning
  
  What could be improved: The amount of stairs leading to the room is a little ridiculous when traveling with large suitcases.

  – the rooftop is incredible, very very large and overlooking the main street of old Dubrovnik
  – the location of the flat is perfect, with everything less than 5 minutes' walk away
  – even though it's a rental, it feels like a hotel (slippers, bathrobe, lots of beauty products)
  – it was very easy to get to the apartment: a few days before you arrive, you receive a message from the host to arrange a meeting time.
  – plenty of products offered in the flat (cold drinks such as cola, beer and water as well as a bottle of wine)
  In short, thank you again, it was an incredible stay, we didn't want to go back.
