You know what struck me first about Mr.
You know what struck me first about Mr. Perfect? The name actually isn’t overselling it – and I’m usually pretty skeptical of places that call themselves “luxury” anything. But walking into this apartment on Ulica kardinala Stepinca, I got it. The space feels like someone’s incredibly well-designed home, not a sterile hotel room. I mean, there’s this gorgeous marble in the bathroom that catches the morning light just right, and the kitchen – honestly, it’s better equipped than mine back home. The owner clearly put thought into every detail, from the coffee machine (proper espresso, thank god) to the way the living room opens onto this little terrace where you can actually hear the bells from the nearby churches.
The location is what really sells it though. Stepinca street is one of those spots that’s close enough to everything but far enough from the cruise ship crowds – you’ll thank me for that tip in July. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Pile Gate, maybe 20 if you’re dragging luggage, but here’s the thing: you’re in an actual neighborhood where people live. There’s a small grocery store two blocks down, and this little café where the owner, Marko, makes the best burek I’ve had outside of Bosnia. The apartment building itself is modern but not flashy, and parking – which is honestly a nightmare in most of Dubrovnik – is actually manageable here. I watched guests coming and going during my stay, and everyone seemed to figure it out without the usual Croatian parking drama.
What really impressed me was how quiet it gets at night. During the day, you’ll hear some street noise and the occasional delivery truck, but once evening hits, it’s peaceful in a way that’s hard to find in Dubrovnik proper. The air conditioning works perfectly (crucial in summer), and the wifi is fast enough that I actually got some work done – though honestly, with that view of the red rooftops stretching toward the old town, concentration was a challenge. The 9.3 rating makes sense when you realize this place gets the balance right: it’s polished enough to feel special but comfortable enough that you’re not afraid to actually use the beautiful kitchen or put your feet up on the sofa. If you’re planning to stay more than a night or two, this is the kind of place where you’ll actually want to hang out rather than just crash between sightseeing.

Veoma lep apartman na predivnoj lokaciji, blizu restorana i prodavnica.
Stan je čist i fantasticno opremljen, a ima i prelepu terasu sa pogledom na zaliv.
Domaćin izuzetno ljubazan i gostoprimljiv. Sve je to ucinilo nas boravak jos lepsim i prijatnijim.

Petra was excellent in providing us with information on restaurants excursions etc - highly recommend the two hour tuk tuk tour .
Great location - we took uber trips every day to the old town or the newish marina area and usually price was 7 euro per trip door to door - slightly more than getting the bus and so much more convenient.

Clean and quiet and beautiful view
Comfortable, clean, convenient and stylish. Petra was incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient. Excellent with organising boat trip and restaurant recommendations.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and lots of nice touches such as the toiletries. The view from the balcony was wonderful. Petra is an excellent host and responded quickly to any queries and provided helpful guidance regarding our stay
What could be improved: The patio table and chairs are very heavy and difficult to move around. They are not comfortable for relaxing and an egg chair is the only alternative. The sun lounger in the pictures is not available. We were a little disappointed as we would have liked to have spent more time relaxing on the balcony.
We arrived on a Sunday to find that supermarkets were closed. Complimentary water and orange juice were provided but a few more basics such as milk and bread would have been appreciated to avoid having to spend the first couple of hours of our holiday finding these. We eventually found a supermarket by the beach that was open.

the spotless apartment equipped with everything needed, the view and the calm, the area of Dubrovnik. Host was very helpful with a lot of recommendations. circa 300m from the beach which is probably, at least for me, one of the best in Dubrovnik. Great family holidays in the first week of November and it was still sunny with sea temperature of 20C
Exactly as shown in the photos. the facilities were excellent and clean. The staff were very helpful and remained in contact throughout the staff to ensure there were no problems, provided recommendations, and even helped book the return transfer to the airport.

This apartment is as it’s called… Perfect. Great location. Amazing view from balcony. Great facilities. It had everything, kitchen, washing machine, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, safe, hairdryer and even hair straighter. Nice touch was that the host left a bottle of water and juice in our fridge. Petra, the host, could not have done more for us. She gave us great restaurant suggestions and tours suggestions. She was amazing.
What could be improved: absolutely nothing.
