  Of the five places we stayed on vacation, this one exceeded my expectations and was by far my favorite. This apartment was simply ideal — gorgeous, spacious, modern, well-decorated, clean, and comfortable. We loved the balcony with its view of the sea, the kitchen with complimentary beverages and tea kettle, two spacious bathrooms with plenty of hot water (due to two hot water heaters!), the comfortable bedrooms with shutters and large windows, the new mattresses, the beautiful curtains, the comfortable couch and modern chairs, the washing machine with clothes drying rack, soft towels and sheets, the secure underground parking, the wonderful and accommodating host Maro, and the easy check-in process. This apartment is conveniently located close to the water, many shops, and highly rated restaurants. This apartment helped make our vacation fantastic and I did not want to leave. When we come back to Dubrovnik, we are staying here!!!

  We loved our stay! There is a beach Lapad nearby as well as the promenade with caffees and restaurants. Old City easy access with bus number number 6, less than a minute walk to bus station. This is a brand new very well equiped apartment! Highly reccomended.
