  All the general stuff is exactly as on the picture if not better – this is a very new and spacious apartment, with higher ceilings in one of the classic and well preserved buildings (saw some tourists taking a photo of the building actually), in white rock and green window shutters and with the perfect location just at the beginning of the Lapad walking zone, where the walk down to the street takes you directly to the perfect sunset beach. On the 2-5 minutes of walk there are bakery, cafe, restaurant, bus station in front of the building and a big Tommy grocery market. We also appreciated an Irish pub just a minute away for a good night beer.
  
  Apart from this, there are details like perfect position of the big terrace, oriented so you are not disturbed by the noise from the street, in the apartment is a big bathroom + additional small toilet, everything with the furniture is done with care and great quality, the bed is very massive and super comfortable for sleeping.
  
  The host is very kind and super responsive.

  Everything is absolutely perfect: the location, the apartment, the host.
  Every day, I woke up feeling grateful that I had rented this apartment.
  The apartment is brand new, with every detail carefully thought out—immaculate cleanliness, new towels, new furniture.
  It’s equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a hairdryer, kitchenware, and an iron.
  It's hard to list everything, but all the essentials are provided.
  There’s hot and cold water with excellent pressure available at all times.
  And most importantly, there’s no sense that anyone else lived there before you.
  It feels like the place was waiting just for you and no one else.
  
  The location couldn't be better:
  The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk through a beautiful cypress-pine alley.
  This alley seamlessly transitions into a magnificent promenade.
  And if you want to explore the Old Town, it's just a 15-minute bus ride away. The bus stop is conveniently located near the house.

  An apartment with all the facilities needed for your stay, located only 500 metres from the beach and only 50 metres to the bus to go to the old town. Close to many bars and restaurants makes eating out easy. The supermarket is only a 5 minute walk if you would like to cook for yourself in the well equipped kitchen. Highly recommended.

  What an amazing find.
  Incredible spot by the Sunset Beach and a tennis court as well as a selection of eateries.
  There is a reason why this beach is called a Sunset Beach, amazing place for a dinner and drinks and only a short bus ride away from all the historical attractions. The apartment itself was excellent, all the appliances were new, beds were incredibly comfortable.
  I loved my coffee on the balcony.
  Can't wait to stay here again

  Amazing location. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Only spring now, so no swimming but amazing for a walk or a meal in one of many cafes. Bus stop right in front of the building taking us to the Old City in 15 minutes. The apartment is just amazing. AMAZING! The only place I will stay in next time in Dubrovnik.
  Super clean, super convenient and superb experience. Best location ever!
  The place looks much better than what I was expecting, much better than the photos.

  Apartament wyposażony doskonale. Jest wszystko, czego potrzeba. Wszystko nowe i czyste. Doskonała lokalizacja przy przepięknej promenadzie. Obok przystanek linii 6 którą dojeżdżałem na starówkę. Nie ma sensu szukać czegoś na albo bliżej starego miasta. Właściciele bardzo mili. Zapewnili mi checkin o nietypowej porze.
