  The location, overlooking the sea, Lokrum Island and the Old City/Old Town harbour and walls was excellent. Very clean, well furnished, modern apartment. Large terrace/balcony. Convenient supermarket and coffee bar opposite. Superb support and help/information provided by our host, Ivana. (Our host, Ivana kindly provided a Cafetière/French Press immediately for us. Would have preferred this an additional alternative, in order to make a stronger coffee than could be made in the filter coffee machine.)
  
  What could be improved: Only minor comment was occasional slight noise from the road nearby, as well as from the apartment above, but nothing serious.

  The apartment was very comfortable and nicely equipped. There’s a nice view of the Adriatic Sea from the balcony. The bed is firm. We didn’t mind the 10-15 min walk to old town. There’s a little convenient store located right across the street as well as a local cafe/bar where we had coffee or adult beverages. Ivana the host was great. She was very responsive and helpful. She also setup airport pickup for us.

  Great view of the sea, Lokrum and the old city from the balcony. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. The small washing machine was handy.

  Location is really perfect if you have luggage since old town doesn’t allow cars. It’s a very convenient gradient walk to and from old town and a market. Parking was actually on premises and accessible. Host is wonderful, knowledgeable in the area and responsive. My partner always likes more AC than me, so I was really appreciated of the extra blankets so we were both comfortable. You can darken the rooms with the blackout blinds and curtains which is a huge deal for us, especially when you are jet lagged.

  Apartment was as expected from the pictures we saw, view was great and balcony large and comfortable to use. Great location just our of old town, good access to local beach. Great facilities and very spacious, greeted on site and welcomed with a bottle of local wine.

  A short drive from the airport by taxi & the Old town only 10 mins walk from apt . The views from the balcony were amazing & we found it very relaxing watching all the activity of the boats throughout the day. There was nothing we asked for as all was thought of by the owners . Would definitely stay here again & would recommend it highly.
  
  What could be improved: Be aware that Dubrovnik is a city of steps so some of the shortcuts to & from the apt are very steep (ok going down but tough to climb ). There is a slightly longer walk pass the cable car into town that avoids all this so plan ahead .
