The apartment was good, we had an issue with the shower flooding but apart from that it was very comfortable and in a good location. The owner was very easy to communicate with but please if you have mobility issues think carefully about where you stay in Dubrovnik as many steps.
What could be improved: In our 5 night stay, there was no fresh towels or cleaning. Now we didn’t need cleaning but only 2 coffee sachets were provided so it would have been nice for them to be replaced/more given. Also, as it is all rocky beaches in Dubrovnik and we did quite a few swim tours it would have been nice to have extra towels in the apartment or for them to be changed after a day or 2. Unfortunately we were not aware of this before travelling so that was disappointing. Would advise bringing your own towels if going swimming as only 1 large and 1 small towel per person for the entire stay.
Perfect location right in old town Dubrovnik. Spectacular views across the roof tops and mountains. Apartment has great big kitchen, bathroom and aircon with sound proof windows. We loved it.
What could be improved: Top floor (4th) of building but only an issue if you have 4 heavy suitcases to carry like we did. Fold out lounge is not big enough for two people. Perhaps two kids under 5 would be ok. Our kids are 11 & 9 and made do for one night. But certainly not more nights with older kids.
Location was awesome...right in the middle of old town & close to the wall
What could be improved: Only suggestion would been some washing machine detergent. We were thrilled to know there was a machine, but no detergent? Everything else was well supplied...dishwashing tablets (which we never used) but had to go out to purchase for 1 wash.
The location within the walked city was superb also we loved the small balcony
What could be improved: Dragging our luggage up the 80 steps to get to the front door then the 20 more steps to the top floor however it was worth it
Amazing location, clean and tidy, large bathroom and very easy check in process.
What could be improved: Walls are quite thin and you can hear neighbours next door and footsteps from appartments above especially late at night

The apartment was compact but had everything that we needed. My main priority is a comfortable bed, and the bed was perfect. The apartment is within a few minutes walk to shops, coffee bars and restaurants and the wall. We love walking and enjoyed the many steps approaching the property. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with, she made it possible to leave our luggage prior to check in.
What could be improved: I would have liked a balcony, this room didn’t have one. We were offered an upgrade prior to travelling. As some of the other apartments in the same building had balconies. Next time we would definitely have a balcony, to enjoy a glass of wine in the open.

What could be improved: Be prepared to carry luggage through old town and up stairs to enjoy central location.
The apartment is small but comfortably furnished, with everything we needed for a short stay. The beds are super comfortable.
What could be improved: The apartment building was a little hard to find from the instructions given and like many locations in Old Town, the most direct route has A LOT of stairs to reach the building, while carrying our suitcases ( and small kids). The apartment we stayed in was on the second floor. Only one of the rooms has air con, which left some of our party v warm at night.
