  Location is excellent. Small and a little noise from the street, but definitely a good base of operation if you want to explore town for a day or two.

  Beautiful location and very central in the middle of the Old town of Dubrovnik.
  
  What could be improved: The room was very small and not what was decribed on site. However it did meet our needs for short stay.

  The location was excellent, next to all the attractions but quiet. We particularly liked the rooftop terrace where you could peacefully observe the sun going down and the Old Town gearing up for night and day.

  Nice room located right in old town. It was great for our 3 night stay in Dubrovnik.

  Location was brilliant right in middle of old town
  
  What could be improved: The stone windy stairs were not good especially with large suitcases and although there was a lovely roof terrace it was 4 flights up.
  Also there should be a hand rail going up the stairs to make this a bit easier

  Good facilities with mini fridge AC-Heating
  Friendly staff
  And good discounts for food and beverage in the Italian restaurant below .
  
  What could be improved: The room had the bed against one wall and only had 2m of space at the end and on the side…
  So the room is a bit tight… But okay for a few nights!
