  The host was very very kind. The location is great, just next to the cable car. The room is fine for such a short stay as mine.

  Nerma and her mother are super friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Very safe. Perfect location to explore the old town – short walk to the old town (5 minutes but quite some stairs as everywhere in the town), amazing view from the comum terrace to the old town. Quiet.
  
  What could be improved: We got a double room with terrace – room is quite small but like the pictures, there was no private terrace (but the comum one is great), bathroom though does not look like the pictures (very small, shower with curtains and mold) maybe we were unlucky but anyway would still recommend the place

  Very close to the city center, clean and with a common terrace with nice views.
  
  What could be improved: They have a fishbowl in the entrance, close to the room that in the night is noisy.

  Nerma is a very pleasant and nice host, she always welcomed us with a smile and overall positivity. We really enjoyed having her as our host, assisting us when needed and answering our questions. She even managed to provide us with additional towels to help ensure that we were well taken care of. The apartment is very centrally located within a 5 minute distance to the old town, and just in front the cable car entrance making it a perfect choice for your stay in Dubrovnik. The patio is a nice touch, providing a nice overview of the city of Dubrovnik overlooking the sea.
  
  What could be improved: My only suggestion would be to add little amenities such as water boiler and coffee to help elevate the stay, otherwise everything was good.

  a comfortable room in a little ‘complex’ built around a beautiful. courtyard and terrace. felt very homely and authentic. Biba and her daughter Merna are lovely and warm hosts. the views from the terrace are gorgeous and the location opposite the cable car station is both convenient and quirky. I really liked it.

  We only stayed for one night before flying home but the room was clean, comfy and the owners were friendly and easy to contact.
  
  What could be improved: Perhaps the accommodation could have clearer signage. It is in a fantastic location, is good value for money and would be a shame not to be advertised more clearly from the road.

  Good location and despite the cable car right in front of the beautiful terrace overall still a nice view. Kitchen facilities as mentioned consist of a kettle and there was a small fridge in the room
  
  What could be improved: for us personally it was a bit of a problem that while it had said that luggage storage was an option on the description and it also had been mentioned in previous reviews, the owner said she didn’t do this anymore.
  however, the little luggage storage place just on the road had extremely unreliable opening hours.
  this was an issue for us having an evening flight on a Sunday where other luggage storage places were also closed.
  It would’ve been helpful if that had been clear from the outset as in this instance I would’ve booked elsewhere
