Great location!
Super reasturant right out your door and a 20 second walk to an awesome swimming area with bar. Very cool even if you don't swim. Tables perched on rocks over looking the Adriatic. Wow!
The location was next to the wall near Ploce entrance. Close to everything. Liked the 2 bathrooms and it was clean.
What could be improved: It would have been very helpful if the contact person would of met us at the gate or somewhere near the main street. It is confusing trying to locate apartment. We had to call her several times to try and meet her. I knew it would be alot of stairs but it is ALOT of stairs in the building and ALOT of stairs on the way. Also the light in the hallway on the last flight of stairs kept turning off mid flight (was on a timer)
The apartment is advertised as one bedroom where in fact it can be counted as 3 bedroom with all the pull out sofa bed and dividing doors. A grocery store is just a minute walk away. You have a restaurant just outside your door. Access to the water is just outside the door as well. You can see the wall outside your window.
What could be improved: Climbing up the stairs is one thing but the sensor lights takes a while to notice your movements so you have to wait for the lights to turn on before you can take the steps.

Seagull Apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils, which made cooking meals convenient. We particularly appreciated the washing machine, which was a great help but it was not needed during our short stay.

They provided us with all the necessary information for check-in, which was smooth and hassle-free. During our stay, the host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which was a nice touch.

The hosts were super responsive and helpful. The flat is spacious and clean.
What could be improved: I didn’t have any issues. it is a 3rd floor wall up and when the people in the upstairs flat came back - I could hear them but they went straight to bed so it wasn’t an issue at all.

apartment is very large with two bedrooms and a third living room, which could also be a bedroom, great location right next to the palace and many restaurants .
What could be improved: lots of stairs. from the main street you will climb 2 to 3 staircases to get to the bottom of the building, once inside, it is on the top floor, so be prepared to climb another four flights of stairs. normally we would not mind, but we did have a small child in a stroller which made for a good work out.
Amazing location in Dubrovnik, nice spot in the old town, above a very good restaurant, and just steps away from a swimming spot! Views were also nice and good amenities.
