  Excellent place with extremely helpful and patient host. Maria guided me when I got a bit confused with the entrance and I'm grateful for that. The place is clean and supplied with everything you need to stay pretty comfortable. TV is capable of doing Netflix, apartment is pretty quiet at night so you can rest in peace. Location is pretty much in the middle of Dubrovnik so you can walk everywhere within reasonable amount of time.

  The room was comfortable and well equipped. Well located and bright. Very convenient parking.
  
  What could be improved: As it was on the top floor, access was via three flights of stairs. If you're traveling with a lot of luggage, think again.

  We stayed for 2 nights. Host was very responsive and accommodating. There was private parking in front and a nice patio downstairs. Good location within 18 min walk to Old Town. Bed was comfortable. The room looked exactly like the photo presented. There was a safe walkway path to go down to main street.
  
  What could be improved: The kitchen sink faucet put out extremely hot water in very short time. Almost burned our hands. Although the key to enter and exit common front door was for security reason, we felt it was more of a safety hazard if there ever was a true emergency. We have seen the same set up throughout Italy and Spain. Walkway path to main street was convenient but steep.

  The location is excellent: 15 minutes walk to the old town gate, bakery, grocery store, pizza place, self-laundry and bar across the street.
  
  The parking lot is secure, next to the police station, and in an area separated by a chain with a tree to block the sun.
  
  The apartament has been cleaned very good before our stay.
  
  What could be improved: There are ants in the spring entering the apartament despite us closing all of the windows. This happened 3 out of 4 nights we stayed. The owner said it is normal due to the trees in spring, but still we didn't enjoy the ants being everywhere.

  It was bright and a nice quiet location.
  
  What could be improved: The shower overflowed with water, making the floor very slippery. The host refused to bring extra towels to help with the situation.
  
  There was also a strong smell of sewer in the bathroom.
