  Great location, modern, very clean. The door worked by code which was very convenient since there was three of us. Wifi was fast. Host Mateo was very helpful and quick to answer. Would stay there again 😍 Beach, shops and restaurants were close by.
  
  What could be improved: Pots and pans were in quite bad shape and the coating was flaking off, and smelled bad. Maybe time to replace them? Other supplies were great!

  I liked everything about the property i.e. its location ( proximity to beach , bus and super market ) , facilities , decor etc .
  
  What could be improved: 1. The property is located at top of the hill which is good in terms of view but you have to climb down 170 stairs every time you need to take bus , grocery or go to the beach but think about climbing back 170 stairs every time .

  Wonderful accommodation in Dubrovnik! Set in a green and quiet area of the city, this apartment offers you everything that you need for a great holiday. New furniture, great design and a terrace that gives you a positive vibe. Two minutes to the bus station, it offers a great connection to the old town of Dubrovnik.
  Not the least, great host that gives you all the information that you need and also shares some great tips!

  The house is very comfortable and clean. The location is very nice, there are market, bakery, cafes just nearby. And also there is a fantastic beach in walking distance.
  Mateo was amazing, he helped too much, he gave us all the information and recommadations even we didn't think of. He was very kind and helpfull. We were 4 adults and 2 small children in two apartments. There were toys and play ground things in the courtyard, we didn't even dream of it. It was very enjoying for the kids also.
  We highly recommend and definitely come back again.

  Very modern and brand new apartment, free and secure parking lot, excellent location right above the main Dubrovnik beach and Lapad promenade that offers lots of restaurants and bars, excellent wi-fi for online work. Bus station is 4 minutes walking distance and takes you directly to the Old town (2 eur/person, 10 minutes ride).
  Polite and responsive host. I would definitely stay again at this place.

  Absolutely amazing place, location, view, and just about everything about this place. We stayed only for one night as we had to stop by in Dubrovnik for half a day and one night, and instead of going to see some sights or going out for a coffee or something like that, we ended up spending the entire time in the app. The app is newly built, the comfort level is on par with 5* hotels, parking is just in front, and the beach is probably 100-200 meters away (we did not go swimming as it would have been too cold). Location is excellent as it enables quick trip to the Old Town while being in a tranquille surrounding (view of the sea and nereby pine forest). Map showed lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and stores nereby, as well as several beaches in walking distance.
  
  What could be improved: Not one single thing.

  Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Mateo, who went above and beyond to ensure comfort throughout our stay.
  The apartment itself was very clean and well-appointed, equipped with all the amenities needed during our stay.
  Location is great, just above the main Sunset beach, promenade with restaurants and caffe bars. Also, it is 3 minutes away from the bus station that takes you directly to the Old Town.
  
  Overall, our stay at Sunset Premium Residence exceeded our expecations and we would deifinitely come back.

  Excellent location right above the main Sunset beach and Uvala bay promenade with lots of restaurants and bars. Bus station 2 minutes away (10 minutes ride to the Old town)

  Modernly furnished apartment with all the amenities you could need including parking, cooking and laundry facilities. Close to the bus stop which takes you into Old Town. Communication was prompt and clear.
  Awesome views from the terrace.
  
  What could be improved: Needs better cleaning with dust on surfaces, hair in towels and the bathroom.
  Pillows were super flat and poor quality but fine for a few nights.
