  The hosts Mateo and Marco are extremely kind and helpful… It is very easy to get to the old town by taking the bus. I recommend the accommodation.

  Perfect location to where other friends were staying. Nearby shops, restaurants beach etc with good transport links to the old town. The appartment was very modern and clean. The best was so comfortable and the aircon was a godsend in the heatwave! The host was approachable and reachable through our stay. Would definitely stay again if I was going back to Dubrovnik.
  
  What could be improved: The stairs, the stairs, the stairs!!! I did not read in the description of the property about the stairs, I seen it mentioned in a review and just like they said I didn’t quite anticipate just how many stairs there would be. If like us and travelling with luggage do not approach on foot and get a taxi/uber to drop you off. I soon realised there is stairs all over the city and soon got used to it! Few small issues like the kettle not working but not serious enough to rectify during the stay and let the host know on leaving the property. Although the aircon was fab there was not a unit in the bedroom which made it very warm and difficult to sleep

  Everything was perfect, clean and comfortable apartments, very good location, close to the beach.
  The stairs were not scary even for our 4 years old child, he was excited to count them everytime😁

  Amazing property, very clean and luxurious. The host was very kind, gave us a very thorough explanation of the city Dubrovnik and recommended us great places to visit.
  
  What could be improved: Keep in mind, you need to walk up a lot of stairs to reach the apartment from the street if you are not using car.

  We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was bigger than expected and very clean. Comfortable king size bed. Great value for the price we paid.
  
  What could be improved: The stairs leading from the apartment to the city were a bit rough. The description clearly mentions the steps so they weren't a surprise, but there were a bit more than we personally expected. I'm generally fit but currently pregnant and I struggled quite a bit walking up the stairs in the heat, so just keep that in mind.

  The apt is lovely, clean ,bright ,comfortable & had everything we needed, except because we the bed sheets weren't warm enough we felt cold at night time ,
  Some extra towels would be good,
  When we got to the apt late ,it was lovely to have been left some fruit ,water & chocolate,
  The steps to the apt from the main beach area are alot but we liked the fitness aspect it brought to our days ,
  Not for anyone that has mobility issues ,
  The beach at lapad isn't the nicest ,aa its stoney but the weather & scenery was & restaurants & the sunsets were fabulous,
  
  It's expensive at Dubrovnik, there's plenty to do ,the old town is lovely.
  We walked alot but uber was cheap ,easy & quick !
  
  What could be improved: 1)The water for the shower didn't stay hot for lomg enough
  2)not enough towels

  The apartment was good value for money paid.
  
  What could be improved: The sheet/cover on the bed could have been wider. A bit of a struggle with 2 persons on the bed. Basically was a double bed style sheet on a Queen bed.
