There’s a decent beach nearby too, which is actually something you won’t find right in the old city. The property scored a 9.2 for location, and after spending time here, that number makes complete sense.

Lovely apartment, good location, good communication from host. View was fantastic and the balcony was great to relax on at the end of the day.
What could be improved: Not enough cups, pots and pans etc in the kitchen and the kitchen was very dark. Ended up washing up all the time instead of using the dishwasher as needed things.
Lovely apartment, in an excellent location with a fabulous view from the large balcony, would highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Host was very accommodating with lots of advice for our stay. The apartment block is very modern, clean, safe and quiet.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location was perfect. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do in Dubrovnik but also quiet enough for good rest at the end of the day. The location is walking distance to the beach, little stores, a bakery, good restaurants & fancy hotels. We took Ubers to the old town & the Uber’s came quickly & were cheap. The view from the apartment is lovely & it has everything there you need. Don’t forget to bring a euro adapter for the plugs if you are traveling from the US. Great place, would recommend. Check in was easy as Ivan met us at the apartment and told us everything we needed to know. The blinds are electric and close up all the way, so, it stays nice and dark in the rooms at night for restful sleep. The beds are comfy & rooms are good size for Europe. The showers had warm water the entire time & we liked being able to wash and dry our clothes. This is a great place to stay you’ll be happy staying here. The view from the terrace is very nice. WiFi was good. The perfect home base for a relaxing trip.

What could be improved: The kitchen was poorly stocked with pots pans and cooking utensils. Would be impossible to cook a decent meal.

The apartment was very nice with a lovely view of the Adriatic. Beds were comfortable and the showers were great. It was very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. Our host Ivan was really helpful!
