  Its fabulously designed and organized flat. Havent seen such good one in recent times. Calm area, close to old town, comfy beds, flat has everything you need.
  
  What could be improved: For us it was fine to climb up to hill even with pram, but for older generations might be challenging, so suggesting Uber.

  What could be improved: Nothing really was great place , although Dubrovnik’s very hilly (so loads of stairs to get to old town (you do have option to get taxi , if you can’t do the stairs )

  Close to old town. Great sea view. The flexibility of an apartment. Wi-fi. Balcony. Dry clean. Comfortable bed. Aircon.
  
  What could be improved: 428 steep steps down into the old town. Can’t be helped but for older visitors can cause problems. However the Ubers cost about €6.

  The apartment is beautiful and the location is excellent! You need to go down many stairs to get to the old town, but you can take an Uber back that only costs Eur 5. The beds are very comfy. Mateo assisted us all the time, was very responsive, and gave us lots of recommendations. Highly recommended!

  What could be improved: I loved the property and I love Dubrovnik, and I plan to return, but in a different location with not so many stairs and hills to climb. They were ultimately a killer for me after a 4 week stay. I am 75, so that could have something to do with it!!!
