  The apartment was lovely and clean. After a long day of walking it was lovely sitting around the pool to chill before going out in the evening. A strip of restaurants close by, had some amazing meals.

  Spotlessly clean, fab pool, great staff, we arrived early and they accommodated us including a welcome drink without hesitation. The host spoke perfect English and gave us lots of tips for the area, beaches and travel to/from old town/airport. The pool area is quiet and we had no issue getting pool loungers any day. I loved the location, very close to the beach with beautiful views (there are quite a lot of steps to get from the beach to the property which I didn’t mind but my partner did so just be aware of that before booking!)
  
  What could be improved: The room was serviced every second day which was great but we didn’t receive fresh sheets for the entire week, maybe one change half way through would have improved our stay.

  Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Boro!
  Perfect location with only a 5 minute walk into where all the restaurants are in Lapad and a 10 minute bus into the old town!
  The owner was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed!
  The facilities, our room and toilets were all very clean!
  Overall amazing time, would definitely recommend staying here!

  A lovely boutique hotel with an amazing pool which is a definite welcome addition after a days touring the Old Town.
  Very quiet room with lovely view of the sea. Bed very comfy and room clean. Uber to Old Town about 8 euros and not too far. 35 Euro Dubrovnik Pass was worth it as could walk the Old Town walls, go in some museums and use it for bus which was great.
  Approx 200 steps from hotel to Main Street of Lapad so only book if you are fit to climb steps in heat.
  Lapad has loads of restaurants ranging from Tuttobene to further up the main walk/road a lovely walking trail with more high end lovely view restaurants,
  
  What could be improved: Beach is pebbles our tip is to walk up the walking trail and there are some stunning coves opposite big hotels, take some wet shoes due to slippery rocks in the water.

  The room was great, the view amazing and the host was forthcoming and very pleasant. I would definitely suggest this apartment to friends and family and will likely aim to return here if returning to Dubrovnik.
