  We had a fantastic stay at Villa Vikor. Ivica met us at the spacious Villa and explained all the facilities, all in perfect working order as it's his family home! The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds and furniture were hugely comfortable and the pool house and pool were a great place to relax and unwind. It was the perfect house for the 8 of us who stayed there. The location was also amazing; just a quick and cheap Uber or bus ride to the old town and lots of great walks and restaurants to explore in Lapad, Gruz and the surrounding area. I would recommend Villa Valkor with no hesitation at all!

  The villa was amazing ! Very stylish and modern with lots of space and rooms ! The swimming pool area is huge and a great place to relax ! The villa provides everything for a very comfortable stay.
  The location is very convenient as well, as there is a beach in walking distance and it is just a 10mins driving from the old city centre !
  Last but not least the host is a great guy and very helpful with everything! He suggested so many good places to visit and activities!

  The property has everything you need and more. We hate holidays where you are not getting something as good as your own home but this was exceptional.
  
  The outdoor area with electric blinds was amazing with access straight onto the pool.
  
  Every room was air conditioned which in 32 degrees and no wind was needed.
  
  There is a shop and butchers on the corner, gated parking, basketball, BBQ and lots of little features not explained.
  
  One of the most important things for any holiday is the beds, these were all very comfortable and I slept like a baby.
  
  What could be improved: There is nothing not to like. I was concerned at how lovely it was and if my kids would damage anything but this is not really a big issue and nothing was damaged.

  The outside space was incredible and we particularly loved the outside kitchen. The villa is in a great location very close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a lovely beach but also really easy to get an Uber to the old town. The owner is amazing, so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us with anything we needed for our stay. We would love to go back and would highly recommend this villa.

  Beautiful immaculate stylish villa with private pool. Comfy beds, pillows and each room is fitted with AC. Villa is very well equipped and Pool area is amazing and supplied with loungers, beach towels and dining area. Perfect central location close to numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Beach just a 5/10 minute walk.

  Ivica is an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. The villa is perfect for family or friend holidays. Very clean, plenty of room. Pool is deep so children would need to be carefully watched. Ivica was there to provide us with transport to and from the airport, sort any issues, and provide us with information about Dubrovnik in general. Would highly recommend

  The location was just perfect! Nice restaurant right beside it, close to the beach and other restaurants, close to the shops. Amazing pool, amazing house, amazing host! Loved our stay there! Ivica was so accommodating and helpful and welcoming. We drove so it was great to have a carpark there too. Truly recommended!
