  Great to have parking so close to lapad. Bus stop on the doorstep into dubrovnik. Novo's places was exceptionally clean and the family very welcoming. Everything you could need was in the apartment – highly recommend 👌

  Nice apartment 5 min walk from the beach. Split center is 10 min by Uber or 20 min by bus. Many restaurants and shops around. Ideal for those who wants to be by the beach and be close to Split

  Really friendly and welcoming family. Great apartments, well equiped and clean. And the location is great so close to a beautiful beach. We wanted to stay longer!

  Pretty much as shown on the photos! The apartment is well appointed. It has all you need for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to the old town, shops and restaurants. Clean and quite! Would definitely stay again. The host seems lovely 😀
  
  What could be improved: Only one of the rooms doesn’t have shutters or thick curtains. It was hot with first morning sun. Late afternoon was OK. Also, having aircon in the coriander cooled the room for the night so not a major problem.
  
  Anyone going from Australia, European countries have a rule where your ID/passport is needed for check in for all the guests. This was new for us!

  Location is away from Old Town, but just 20 mins by taxi (less than €10) or take the bus. Very close to the beach which has a great view. Decent eating joints around. Nice greenery around and the host is very helpful.
