What really caught my attention right away was the private parking situation — and I mean, if you’ve ever tried to park in Dubrovnik’s old town area, you know this is basically like finding treasure.
The location on Udarnička street is one of those spots that locals would pick if they were staying in their own city. You’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the cruise ship crowds that descend on the main tourist areas. Couples seem to really get this — they’ve rated the location 9.0, and I can see why. It’s that sweet spot where you can walk to Dubrovnik’s highlights without feeling like you’re staying in the middle of a theme park. The fact that recent guests rated the location 9.1 tells you everything you need to know about how well-positioned this place really is.

Could not have asked for a better stay! The hosts were so welcoming, attentive and accommodating! The accommodation was as pictured and so clean! The amenities within the accommodation were great!!
We had the best welcome with some lovely fruit and juice, got to know the hosts, which was lovely!

Ivo and Ruzica are simply wonderful! They welcomed us with cold drinks and home made liqueurs, and a big dish of fresh figs and grapes. They offered to take us to Sjđ (fort above Dubrovnik (and now history museum) of strategic importance in the 1991 war) free of charge at a day to be agreed, and Ivo took us to our car hire on our final day. The apartment is fantastic, superbly furnished and equipped. The sofa bed was really comfortable too. Easy access to little supermarket and Pizzeria, and, although we didn't use it because it was pretty cold and wet during our stay, there's a fabulous bbq terrace too. Very highly recommended.
What could be improved: Not suitable for elderly/infirm, because of steps to access; taxis are an option, of course, but some steps can't be avoided.

Absolutely spotless! Facilities- fantastic. Everything you could need and more. Beautiful outside sitting/ lounging area on the sun beds. The kindest greeting we could have asked for- fresh fruit and homemade drinks, helpful carrying luggage and explaining key areas.
What could be improved: Nothing, it was lovely. Around a 25 minute walk to Dubrovnik Old Town, so slightly out of the centre which we preferred. Buses are available, however we used an Uber now and again which were less than €6 per journey.

Well located apartment, in an idilic garden, with nice views over the town, perfect for 3 persons, air conditioner in every room, welll equipped kitchen.
It is an excellent apartment with a beautiful terrace, fully equipped, and has parking. The owners are so lovely and friendly
What could be improved: It was hard to go to the beach on foot when it was hot so we used taxis a lot
The host and family were just so welcoming from the home made drink on arrival, to fresh vegetables Ruzica picked from her garden. The apartment is done to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean and tidy,everything worked from Wi-Fi to the washing machine. All in all a lovely place to stay.
What could be improved: Can’t think of anything
The hosts were amazing! Beyond accommodating and helpful. The place itself has everything you might need from an ironing board to washing machine and private parking. Everything is squeaky clean (15/10). The view is amazing and actually, although there are a lot of step, the 3Bus stops just one street above the house.
