  The apartment is very well located, inside the Oldest Town. So you have a lot of restaurants close to the apartment. In addition, the apartment is well equipped. The owner helped us a lot in Dubrovnik, with all the tips for self checkin and parking. The price is not cheap, but for the location, it was the best we could pay.
  
  What could be improved: The water heater in the shower stopped working after some time of use, making showers a difficult process.

  Location was central, with no stairs from the city gate to the property. Our host met us with the key even though our flight was quite late. He provided us with good tips.
  
  What could be improved: Location was so central it was a bit noisy at night, but the double glazing worked a treat.

  Great location, right in the heart of everything, friendly host, well maintained property (a bit outdated, but it fits the place well and I appreciated the old European charm). Has washing machine that works well, a plus!
  
  What could be improved: noise – whether it's the trash collection, late-nighters drinking, or restaurant opening and closing below, there is constant noise about 22 hours of the day, and it's pretty loud since these are old school European windows, so bring plenty of ear plugs! No toiletry so bring your own soaps, shampoos, etc.

  Our host Ivan awaited us at the apartment and gave us a quick tour. The apartment was very clean and cozy and is suited in a sidestreet downtown. We could walk to all of the sightseeing points on foot. A lot of restaurants and a supermarket is close by.

  Completely central location in the Old Town which was ideal for exploring Dubrovnik. Lovely and spacious, and it was great to have a fridge to keep cold water and breakfast food. Our host was super helpful providing a map and pointing out key sights as well as helpful locations e.g. supermarket, bus stop for airport bus.

  What could be improved: The hot water heater for showers only had a capacity of 30 litres.
  That meant that the next person had to wait 15 minutes before they could shower !!!
