  Great family and helpful friendly owner, helps us to arrange transfer from airport. Once I asked Josko to help me with shopping , he took us to the store, for which I am very grateful to him. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything necessary. The nearest large store is a 6-7 minute walk away, but you will have to go uphill to get back home. On the third day we got used to using taxi UBER for short trips to other beaches and center.
  
  What could be improved: You should take into account that in order to come back home from the nearest beach Bellevue, you will need to climb 203 steps up the mountain, that is – 10 floors on foot. Yes, the sea itself is 200 meters away and 2 minutes of walking. But from this point ( I added the picture) you will see the sea below only and to get to the beach itself you need to walk another 8 minutes and go down 145 steps (another 58 steps you will overcome after leaving the your apartments) . In general, nature, mountains, people and apartments are very beautiful, but for older people it is quite hard fitness to climb to the 10th floor in hot weather (30+ degrees), which you need to know and plan in advance

  Josko was so helpful, gave us many reccomendations for places to visit, restaurants and was an all round excellent host.
  The location was amazing, in a slightly less touristy area but easily walkable to the marina, old town etc.

  We loved everything about this place. Josko and his family are wonderful people. We were contacted before arrival to make sure we could let them know should we have any issues getting there. Upon arrival we found a parking spot in front of the appertment waiting for was. Everyting is a 15 min walk away so the location is perfect. The appartment is super clean, spacious and we loved the garden for our dog. Josko helped is with our luggage and allowed us to stay longer as no guests were coming that day. Would def recommend this place also because it s super pet friendly.
  
  What could be improved: Not an issue for us but there are quite some stairs leading up to the appartment. If u are less mobile this could be a problem.

  The villa is simply amazing.
  The location is fabulous. Bellevue beach is the nicest beach I have ever been to. The walk to the old town is breath taking. Josko was a super host. He even offered us somewhere to change on our last day and kept our luggage. Such comfortable beds. Loved the patio area and the balcony. As a large family the washing machine was a bonus. All in all it was amazing.

  Nice and comfy apartments/house. Josko is a very friendly owner, who helped us with everything we needed & gave us some local tips. Location is also good. Would definitely recommend!

  The property is in a perfect location – walking distance to the old town and the beach and a super market. The hosts were so lovely and helpful – booking us a boat trip and lending us his cool box for beach trips!
