So I stumbled onto Figura Suites pretty much by accident – was wandering around Tmušasta ulica looking for another place entirely when I spotted this little gem tucked into the Old Town maze.
So I stumbled onto Figura Suites pretty much by accident – was wandering around Tmušasta ulica looking for another place entirely when I spotted this little gem tucked into the Old Town maze. And honestly? Best wrong turn I’ve made in a while. The building’s got that weathered Dubrovnik stone thing going on, you know, where you can’t tell if it’s been there for 500 years or just built to look like it has been.
The suites themselves are… well, they’re not going to blow your mind, but there’s something genuinely comfortable about them. I mean, it’s a solid 3-star spot – the kind of place where everything works without being fancy about it. The rooms are bigger than you’d expect for Old Town (trust me, I’ve squeezed into some shoebox apartments around here), and they actually have proper little kitchenettes. Which is clutch because eating out for every meal in Dubrovnik will bankrupt you faster than you can say “overpriced seafood risotto.” The air conditioning works – and you’ll need it if you’re there June through August when the city turns into a stone oven.
What I really appreciate is the location. Tmušasta is one of those narrow streets that tour groups don’t really venture down, so you get this weird pocket of relative quiet even during peak season. You’re literally a two-minute walk from all the main action – Stradun, the city walls, that whole scene – but when you duck back to your room, it actually feels like you can breathe. The staff’s pretty low-key too, which I prefer honestly. No fake enthusiasm, just helpful when you need something and otherwise they let you do your thing. Parking’s going to be a nightmare regardless (it’s Old Town, what did you expect?), but they can point you toward the closest spots outside the walls. Check-in was smooth – I rolled up around 3 PM and everything was ready, no drama. The 7.8 rating seems about right… it’s not going to be anyone’s dream hotel, but it’s exactly what you want from a place like this: clean, comfortable, and you’re not paying for a bunch of amenities you won’t use anyway. If you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring the city and just need somewhere decent to crash, Figura Suites delivers without any fuss.

Exceptional It was super easy gaining access to to the apartment. Instructions were clear and problem free
What could be improved: Might want mention that there are a few steps to access accomodation. They were pretty easy to navigate.
Very good Perfect location, comfortable bed, clean place, good staff communication.
What could be improved: Smells old. They could use air fresheners to help the smell. Some pieces on the bathroom were loose/falling apart. But good place overall.

Good The location was ideal for accessing the rest of Dubrovnik. For an expensive city the accommodation was worth it. A very very comfortable bed - better than my one at home!! Bathroom lovely and clean and good warm water.
What could be improved: It is a little bit dim, but as long as you don’t plan to spend the whole trip in the studio it’s not really an issue. The shower head didn’t click into place so was just handheld, but again not the end of the world.

What could be improved: The sign had fallen off the door so it wasn't easy to identify the apartment, the apartment smelt strongly of smoke which as a nonsmoker was not pleasant and we found glass pieces on the floor. The shower also did not stay hot for longer than 2 minutes.
Great apartment in the centre of Dubrovnik Property clean and well equipped with everything you need. Location superb a stones throw from the Main Street.

Superb The office to check in was easy to fine and close to the property, it was easy to check in and collect the key. The location of the property was great, also easy to find. It is close to everything, not on the main street, down a narrow and quiet walkway with little to no foot traffic. Air conditioner worked great!
What could be improved: We booked 2 rooms to accommodate our family of 4, my bathroom had an issue with the shower water being hot for a very short period of time before going cold. The shower in the other room was fine, no issue with hot water.
Clean and great location, noisy neighbours Location was absolutely phenomenal! Room was well equipped, spotless and comfortable
What could be improved: Apartment upstairs which is owned by someone else and you can hear everything up the spiral staircase. Got woken up at 1.30am by someone checking in. The staircase is also super narrow to get the case up. Keys to get into the property are also very well used and require a knack to get in
