    The location is ideal, lots of space, clean. Great view from top bedroom.

    What could be improved: There aren’t 2 bathrooms, but rather a normal bathroom and smaller one with a toilet&sink. The mattress in the top floor could be better.

    Amazing location, just across the road from a gate into the old town and a 5 minute walk to the old port. Was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to the old town but wanted to be able to get close to the property by car so we didn’t have to carry our luggage plus children through the old town

    What could be improved: Property is spread over 4 floors so wouldn’t be suitable for any mobility issues

    The host was very kind and met us very reliably as soon as we arrived to show us the exact location and hand us the keys. The house is a really charming old quadruplex (is that a word?), literally with a basement, ground floor, first floor and second floor, with pretty good facilities and tiles despite being in an old building. Its location is also fantastic, just outside the walls and a 1 minute walk to Revelin gate. It's great value for money. We had a good time here and can recommend this place.

    What could be improved: The kitchen has extremely weak water flow (strange, considering the bathroom on the same level is just fine), and while it has a good washing machine, only one washing machine tablet was provided. Also some remotes had batteries not working or missing.
    The 4-story layout, while charming at first, starts becoming quite irritating over time, especially considering the bathroom and kitchen are at the basement level, so there's quite a lot of traffic involved in simple daily things like taking a shower or taking a drink to your room. It's good for exercise I guess.

    Communication with the host sensational. Mega helpful, helpful and very quick to answer any question. I RECOMMEND
    The flat (house) has a super location – close to everywhere.
    DOm agree with the description (second micro toilet very small), rooms comfortable.
    On the first level, the air conditioning is not in the room, and the one in the corridor does not cool (probably need to replace the refrigerant), otherwise ok. Rooms comfortable, well equipped.

    Location was fantastic, close to everything you want to see in Dubrovnik including buses and groceries. Quiet, and lovely to have aircon on all floors

    What could be improved: The kitchen would be enhanced by having a few more plates, and as it was so hot when we stayed we would have preferred cotton bedlinen and a few more pillows. Otherwise ideal for a family of four with adult children

    The location is excellent. It is less than 100 meters from the Old Town Gate

    What could be improved: The host did not make it easy to find the hidden property. Receiving the instruction email 30 minutes to the property before the stated arrival is thoughtless. We arrange for an airport pick up to expedite our arrival. The driver dropped us off at the bus stop with out telling us where the property is. The directions where a picture with a red pen arrow pointed to the middle of the street. It did not say that it we have to go inside the alley. We stayed 7 days, six nights with no options to clean the property. The host cannot be reached if either party is out of internet range. Come on. Tourists are not familiar with directions, locations nor customs. The property rental price is not cheap. Make it easy to find the property, clean the property and make it easy to reach the host. Amateur hour. Tips in nearby places to visit and where to eat helps a lot.
