Amazing view! Accommodating host. Always quick to respond. Size of room perfect.
What could be improved: Common. Area (shared kitchen) was extremely hot due to AC not allowed to be on.
A nice room, perfect size for 1 person. A/C working perfectly. Lovely terrace outside with a shade from the fruit orchard. Quiet area. A small grocery store around the corner.
Plenty of cooking equipment, dishes and cutlery.
Also Valerija was able to provide me with an iron, even though it's not included in the list of facilities. Thank you!
What could be improved: Only 3 hangers in the wardrobe. Also please note there is no freezer. The rest was great!
Very clean and we got answers fast always when needed. The view was nice and there are enough restaurants and facilities close. One can leave the bags in a storage room for the extra time there. Very easy to the main bus station.
What could be improved: After three minutes showering, water gets cold. And then for the next person to shower with warm water it's necessary to wait for at least half an hour... Buses are complicated from there (only passes each 30min).
Awesome place to stay ( Bus 8 to move around and avoid stairs ^^ )
Property was in a nice area about a 3 minute walk to the bus stop. If you prefer walking its about a 25 minute walk to the old town, 40 minutes to Banje beach. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. AC worked fantastically. I had everything I needed I including a nice balcony. Valerjia was amazing. Communicated with me before, during and after my stay, very friendly and hospitable.

What could be improved: All was good! Other reviews have commented that getting to the property is a steep climb. Yes, it is uphill, but it's not a difficult walk. Might be a little rough with baggage but even then it's manageable. I wouldn't let it put you off from booking here.

Quiet location on a good bus route outside busy Dubrovnik. Easy access to bus station and Gruz harbour for trips to Cavtat, Ston and Elaphiti islands. Supermarkets and cornershops close by. Hilly - so stairs add to exercise. Aircon and fridge had plenty of use during a sunny, hot stay. Nice decor - felt spacious.
What could be improved: Nothing
Everything was great. The room was well equipped, comfortable and clean, AC working well. I appreciated enough space for drying my stuff when coming from the beach. I didn’t meet the host because of late check-in but I found everything ok.
The closest grocery store is right next door.
What could be improved: The location is a bit complicated, Dubrovnik has a lot of hills and this accommodation is on the hill as well - 252 stairs upwards from the port. City center and beaches are quite far, better to use public transport (better get some multi-day pass)
Everything was perfect. Really modern house , enough space for 2-3 people. Fully equipment with shampoo , iron etc ..
What could be improved: It is far away from old town , about 25 minutes by foot.
The room was nice and cozy, very clean and spacious. I had a bathroom for me and a shared kitchen, everything I needed I had there. Also, Valerija is very friendly and committed!
