  This apartment is simply exceptional! I will admit that we have some doubt about booking it as it did not have any reviews at that time, but we had absolutely nothing to worry about. The apartment is newly and tastefully redecorated and everything is clean and neat. Obviously the highlight is the terrace and balcony with exceptional views over the sea and Dubrovnik old town. The view is actually even better in reality than in the pictures. You can easily walk down to the old town in 15 minutes and the walk back is not very steep. So once you've parked the car there is really no need to move it unless you're going out of town. Check-in and out was very smooth and flexible and the host friendly and always available in case of any questions. All in all highly recommended if you're coming to Dubrovnik.
  
  What could be improved: Parking is available for free (which is a great advantage in Dubrovnik), but it is street parking in a fairly narrow dead-end street with cars parked on both sides so it may require some skills to get into your slot (but nothing too difficult) unless you are lucky to get a slot right at the beginning of the street.

  Loved the terrace and the location is perfect as it is residential area and its really quiet. It was the perfect peaceful stay we needed after crowded old town. The apartment is newly renovated and everything is ideal for family stay.

  Excelente apartamento muy bien situado con unas vistas espectaculares.
  El apartamento estaba muy bien decorado y prácticamente todo estaba muy nuevo.
  Un lugar perfecto para el descanso y muy cerca del casco histórico.
  Sin lugar a dudas, ha sido unos de los mejores alojamientos en los que he estado de todos mis viajes.
  El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar largas temporadas.
  Las camas son muy cómodas y relajantes. El apartamento estaba super limpio.
  El anfitrión nos recibió puntualmente y fue muy amable con nosotros en todo momento.
  Sin lugar a dudas volveremos próximamente.
