Gorgeous Apartment! Spacious and has everything you need, highly recommend as the balcony has a beautiful view morning and night. We ate breakfast and had our snacks overlooking Dubrovnik!
What could be improved: Location, the stairs up to it are a lot especially on a late evening after walking loads, it does pay off as the view is lovely and so is the walk up, view wise…
Fantastic apartment! The host has thought of every little detail to make the stay comfortable and convenient. The kitchen is well-equipped — there’s a kettle, a coffee machine, and everything you might need, including cleaning supplies.
The bathroom is spacious, with a washing machine and even laundry tablets provided. Everything is clean, and the apartment feels even more spacious than in the photos. The view from the terrace is beautiful.
The free parking spot in front of the building is a great bonus! There’s even a welcome book with recommendations and helpful tips about the apartment and the city.
It’s also an ideal apartment for remote work and relax — we worked from here comfortable. There’s a large table and a desk inside, plus a table on the terrace, so there’s plenty of space to work comfortably.
What could be improved: We walked to the old town — it’s about a 20-minute walk so it's not so close. The apartment is on a hill. However, it might be hard to find a better location with parking and such a spacious apartment, so we’re not complaining. :) The terrace is big, and it would be even better if there was a sun lounger out there. ;)
The apartment was simply perfect for us. Simple, yet functional, very clean and tidy, with a very comfortable bed. Big terrace, with a little distant but still great view of the sea, I could sit there for hours relaxing, drinking my wine, and feeling the still warm autumn breeze. This week was amongst the best holidays we ever had, our greatest thanks again, Maya!
Great view on top of hill with a view of the ocean and a terrace with table and chairs to enjoy. That view comes at the cost of a 30 minute walk into the old town--not bad going down, but quite an ordeal going up. Of course, you can always take an uber. Good kitchen with nice coffeemaker but no microwave or toaster. Lot of good storage for clothes. Could have used more towels. Nice to have a sofa.

We wholeheartedly recommend staying at Maja and Mario’s place. They are incredibly warm and accommodating, going above and beyond by arranging an early check in for us after our long flight from canada.
The apartment is immaculate, fully equipped, and includes a charming patio with a view of the Adriatic Sea. The location is perfect-just 18 minutes from Old Town and close to the port, where ferries can take you to various islands.
However, full disclosure, we enjoy long walks, but if you’re not a fan of walking under the hot sun, the walk from the old town to the apartment might be a bit challenging, as it involves climbing a few stairs.
What could be improved: None, but just a suggestion: We might have overlooked it, but having a corkscrew would be a great addition.
We just had the best time here! The apartement is a short bus drive or 15 minute walk away from the old time - still close enough to the center but at the same time beautifully quiet and away from the hustle. Maja was extra helpful and let us check in earlier as we were arriving already in the morning. Everything with self check in worked perfectly. What sets this apartment apart is in the small things, like beer and coffee provided, washing machine and dishwasher to use and a very much needed strong AC ;)
Would definitely recommend and will dream of the beautiful sundowns over the sea we enjoyed on the balcony.
