  Exceptionally clean bright and modern decor, lovely terrace. Plenty of towels lovely clean bedding, all you needed kitchen wise nice big TV in lounge and one in master bedroom. Washing machine. Owner contactable and helpful, airport transfers prompt.
  Situated near brilliant bus routes and local beach/shops etc.
  
  What could be improved: Plug sockets nearer to the bed would be good and a microwave would be handy.
  Lots of steps to navigate ok for us but not for those with mobility issues or prams.

  Everything was impeccable. Such a clean apartment with a lovely equipped kitchen, bathroom, terrace and storage.
  Straightforward check in and check out. Really nothing to complain. There are some stairs to walk up an down to the parking spot but nothing even worth mentioning unless you have mobility issues. In this case it can be a bit challenging. Would definitely stay again!

  Great apartment in Lapad, provided our family with all we needed. Very clean and tidy. Close to the beach, restaurants and a bus stop which takes you into Dubrovnik. Good value for money.
  
  What could be improved: There are many steps leading to the apartment, so not good for older people or young childen. Air con not provided in bedrooms, its located in main living / dining area, so the bedrooms can get a little warm in the night. Outdoor seating area for the apartment was across the general public stepped pathway, so not totally private, listed photos are slightly misleading.

  Lovely clean apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and large garden. The host Mateo was great, responsive to messages, and recommended local activities which were really enjoyable.

  The host was lovely and a cute little modern place to stay with supermarket close by.
  
  What could be improved: The amount of stairs to get to and from the property (which isn’t really advertised). The bed was very squeaky so every time you moved at night it was loud. The bathroom sink kept getting stuck and filling up and the rooms did not have aircon or fans. The playground advertised wasn’t in working condition and the courtyard was detached from property which wasn’t really obvious in the adverts. The shutters were half broken so you couldn’t block out sunlight.
