Location was great in the Old Town, close to everything.
What could be improved: The description isn't clear in telling us that we would share with 3 rooms. A tiny toilet and shower in the one cubicle.

Location was perfect in old town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Traditional Croatian building. Beds were comfortable.
What could be improved: No aircon. Bathroom was very small. Shower holder was broken (didn't stop us using the shower) but made it awkward.
Nice bright airy room overlooking typical street in old town, comfortable beds, adequate fan, great location for exploring old town ,staff from the 1st floor tour agency always available
What could be improved: Very small but functional clean shared (3 rooms) shower room, make sure you are happy before booking as it was the only location we encountered on our 5 week Balkan trip that took the money straight away giving no opportunity to change your mind, seemed expensive but probably good value for Dubrovnik!

What could be improved: The bathroom facility was questionable. It's a shared bathroom that couldn't lock, it was really small and not that clean. The unwelcome surprise of a cockroach in our own room wasn't that nice either.
Great location in the old town, attic room was comfortable despite being in the eaves. Kettle available and nice peppermint tea.

Perfect location and Iva is ahead of the game - making sure I knew everything I needed, very welcoming and helpful. She makes it a place that I’d recommend.
What could be improved: The single room is not for tall (+ 5’11/180) people (I struggled a bit as the ceiling is not high enough), same as facilities like bathroom (which was tinier than I expected). Pictures are accurate enough. Many parties before the person who looks after you.

What could be improved: I told the host when I was arriving but they still didn’t show up. I was lucky that I had a smart phone with a contact suitable to phone an international number in order to get in. Even then I had to use WhatsApp to show my passport to them.

It does what it says on the tin. I wanted a place to stay that was affordable and within the walls of the old city so this room delivered both. Amazing location-wise.

What could be improved: The room was a little hard to find being within a building with a tour company attached. There were no signs that I was in the right place other than the address.
