  The facilities were excellent. Kitchen and living room very spacious, two balconies.
  
  What could be improved: The beds were very hard and I assume old mattresses because I could feel the springs poking my back. Ljvily ghey had few extra comforters that I used to place under me where I slept, so it was better.
  That was truly the only thing lacking here. Everything else was great.

  Very clean, nice and confortable apartment containing all needed equipment. Very beautiful view on the sunset beach.

  The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. It is very clean and it has all the necessary amenities for a short stay. It also features a parking place in a garage which is very useful in Dubrovnik. It is about 7-8 min walk to the closest beach, 4 min to the supermarket and there is a bus station very close. Check-in and check-out went really smooth and our host was very responsive, thank you for all your help! Highly recommended!
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is located on the top floor of the building, you'll have to climb the stairs, there is no elevator. And also the whole area is on a hill and there are many stairs, pay attention if you have mobility issues or travelling with a baby stroller.

  We liked the balconies and open plan living area. Lovely view from balcony. Apartment was very clean.
  
  What could be improved: The upstairs main bedroom had very low sloping roof right over the wardrobe and drawers, and its ensuite shower room was very small. The small downstairs twin bedroom had no air conditioning. Our host did not seem very experienced and wasn't able to help us with a few queries eg was there an outdoors bin for full rubbish bags or could we be supplied with a tea towel.

  Very good and quiet location. Close to beaches (by using the stairs) and 10 min drive to old town. Amazing view. Very clean and well equiped. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

  Parking en sous sol inclus (au frais).
  Très belle vue sur la baie.
  Appartement très grand et confortable avec 2 salles d'eau: au calme!
  
  What could be improved: Accueil moyen et peu cordial, artificiel et peu convivial.
  L'heure d'arrivée était convenue via whatsapp à l'avance (14h) mais la personne n'était pas là. Il a fallu attendre l'heure officielle (16h) pour entrer. La personne faisant l'accueil n'a pas souhaité donner le code de la boite à clés sous prétexte de voir l'appartement.
  Les échanges étaient peu cordiaux: c'est un point à améliorer!
  
  Il faut savoir que l'appartement est placé sur la colline et il faut monter environ 400 marches pour revenir de la plage.

  Apartamento muy bonito (tal cual se refleja en las fotos), con unas vistas muy bonitas hacia la puesta de sol. Completamente equipado (lavadora, lavavajillas, cocina vitrocerámica, nevera con congelador, horno, microondas, secador de pelo, plancha… menaje de cocina muy completo). Totalmente recomendable.
