The location is just 10 minute walk from Dubvrovnik Old Town. The place is well equipped and has a very nice balcony (unfortunaly I was there in winter and could not use it). Ivan reacted always promptly on my questions. The place is quiet.

Location fairly close to a market, property was clean and comfortable. Ivan was REALLY on top of our questions and handled everything quickly. Great kitchen. Great A/C. Many "niceties" provided.
What could be improved: Location was not quite as "near Old Town" as we expected for our 75+ year old bodies, but Uber was fast and easy. Located on the second floor (third floor for U.S.-types), hauling 50# cases up/down wasn't the easiest, but manageable (we were warned there was no elevator). This is a wonderful apartment in a great location. It suited our family of 4. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The main bed was comfortable but the two single beds were a little bit uncomfortable, but ok. The kitchen had everything we needed, and contained all the extras like oil and coffee and tea etc.
Ivan our host was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to our messages and helped us out when we left a few items behind!
He also arranged transportation for us.
So overall the building is a little bit run down but the price is very reasonable for what you get.
There is also a little Prosecco bar across from the building that has amazing views, they also so breakfast… and they kindly let us pass through there to get to the main road which was an easier path for us to walk into town.Rosey from Australia – 27 May 2023 (9/10)
The apartment was spacious and had sea views. We especially liked the shutters which offered great airflow on warm days. Location was excellent and only a 10 minute walk down to Old Town (bit longer going back but steep hills are part of Dubrovnik). Loved having Fratello Bar only a few steps away for an evening cocktail after a busy tourism day. We didn’t meet Ivan but he responded to any messages and organised a driver for our early airport run.

It is a beautiful flat with a great view. Central location to beach and the wall. Host was very welcoming. Place easily accommodated 5 people. Quiet area and felt safe even at night. Bar right across the street with amazing sunset views.
What could be improved: Not a dislike but just as a heads up – it is difficult to find if you don't know your way. It is uphill and up 2 flights of stairs, so something to be aware of if you are planning any significant luggage. You will not be able to avoid this if you want a central location and amazing view so the payoff is worth it.
