Secluded but close enough to restaurants & transport links. It’s better than the photographs, we loved it.
What could be improved: There was nothing to dislike
环境太棒了，地理位置极佳，就在Pilegate旁边，步行即可到达。整个房子就像置身花园中，院子里种满了各种花草还有葡萄和柠檬树，还有一只超可爱的猫咪，走出房门就可以看到古城的城墙还有蓝色的亚里亚德海，太惬意了。
房间里甚至还有厨房，可以自己做饭太棒了。
房东Ani人特别好，我们到当天有点晚，天气还很差，房东一直等到我们，给我们介绍了房间。
走的时候因为太早了，房东还帮我们约了凌晨的车，超级nice！
如果还有机会再来，我还会再选择这家民宿的。
Localização (vista do Fort Lovrijenac, próximo a cidade velha e do terminal Plice), quarto grande, todo reformado e bem decorado (tinha até um piano!). Cordialidade e simpatia da anfitriã, que além disso nos recepcionou com cerveja e vinho
What could be improved: O acesso a propriedade é por escadarias, mas é a característica do próprio bairro em que está localizada, mas isso não diminui em nada a excelente qualidade da propriedade.
Villa Ani was absolutely beautiful, with an amazing host who was waiting for us on arrival. The room itself was huge (high ceilings & shutters to the windows) & beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean. The view from the bedroom window is stunning. The garden was a wonderful bonus, with a superb view over Dubrovnik old town. We sat outside with a glass of wine, it was a relaxing haven to have a break from the main buzz. Somewhere to regroup & make plans. Ani the host was kind & very helpful, we also fell in love with the cat 😻 The kitchenette was perfect,included a microwave and small hob. Great for making breakfast. Ani had left wine & beer in the fridge & there was coffee & sugar in the cupboard! There was also a hairdryer and lovely toiletries. Nice soft towels too 😃 It was by far the best stay of our trip, I would highly recommend. A beautiful building, in a stunning location with a great view. 5 minutes walk from Pile gate, there are some steps up but that’s normal and it’s totally worth it. Don’t hesitate to book! Close to old town and spacious my appointed, clean and stylish. Loved sitting on the terrace for an afternoon drink . Thoroughly recommend and hostess was lovely and very welcoming

The location is perfect if you want to be close to the old town, transports and restaurants without being overrun by tourists. The garden was beautiful and has a great view, the rooms were clean and we got help and answers from the owner quickly.
Couldn't have asked for a better stay for our time in Dubrovnik! The room was brand new, had a little kitchenette and was super comfy. The location is ideal, with a cute little garden to sit in and a brilliant view. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to friends!
The location is fantastic, a great base to explore Dubrovnik. It has a great terrace that overlooks the old town and fort. The studio room is perfection. Spotless and comfortable bedding.

Apartment is situated at a good distance from the Old town - just a couple of minutes to Pile gate- and just a few steps from the bus stop to reach Lapad, for example. The view from the front yard is amazing. The host Ani was very helpful. The room itself is spacious and nicely decorated, with a small kitchen.
