  We loved the villa! The location right above the sea and the beautiful promenade was absolutely stunning! There was lots of space for three of us and we enjoyed the view and the sunsets from the patio. We had everything we needed in the villa and the nice area with many restaurants. It was also very easy to go to the old town and back by local bus or uber (7-12 eur depending on the time).

  Great location, beautiful views, different areas of villa to use at different times for weather etc. quick replies to any questions or help required and accommodating for times of arrival and departure.
  
  What could be improved: Too many steps to property from drop of point, but nothing can be done about that. Some lighting in bottom area needs repaired for safety on steps at night.

  Villa Lapad is a remarkable property: the view, the decor, the outdoor spaces, everything is lovely. The location is one of the very best in this part of Dubrovnik and the house is beautiful with amazing views. It is perfect for two couples or a family of four and you will thoroughly enjoy spending time there when you aren’t out exploring. Swimming in the sea is accessible from multiple points just outside the gate down to the promenade.
  The kitchen is very well equipped and laid out so if you like to cook, you will be pleased. In addition, restaurants serving the freshest fish are all along the promenade as well.
  This is a place where one could stay a good long time and throughly enjoy the property and the neighborhood.
  
  What could be improved: I recommend this property wholeheartedly and only want to advise anyone with mobility limitations that there are two ways to get to the house proper: either take the many steps down from the upper street, or a 10 minute walk on flat ground to get to the gate entrance below the property from the pedestrian promenade. It is absolutely worth it because the location is one of the very special things about Villa Lapad, just know this if it could affect anyone in your group.
