Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places around Dubrovnik, and White & Co Villa And Apartments is one of those finds that makes you feel like you’ve cracked some local code. The name literally means “between three churches” in Croatian, and honestly, that tells you everything about how perfectly tucked away this place is. You’re right in the heart of the old city – I mean, actually IN it, not some tourist trap on the outskirts pretending to be central. The location is incredible because you can stumble back from dinner without dealing with the crowds that clog up the main entrances, but you’re still close enough to everything that matters.
What really got me was how they’ve managed to keep that authentic Dubrovnik stone house feel while actually making it comfortable to stay in. You know how some of these old buildings can feel like beautiful museums where you’re afraid to touch anything? This isn’t that. The apartments have this lived-in quality – good lighting (seriously, why do so many places get this wrong?), proper shower pressure, and windows that actually open to let in those incredible sea breezes. The staff clearly knows the city inside and out, which is refreshing after dealing with front desk people who’ve obviously never left their hotel. They’ll tell you when to hit the city walls to avoid the cruise ship crowds, or which little konoba serves the best black risotto without the tourist markup.
I’ll be honest – parking can be a bit of a puzzle since you’re in the old town, but they’ll sort you out with directions to the closest spots, and really, once you’re settled in, you won’t want to drive anywhere anyway. The whole point is being able to walk out your door and wander down these incredible stone streets that have been here for centuries. What strikes me most is how quiet it gets at night – you’re away from the main pedestrian flow but close enough that a five-minute walk puts you right in the action. During the day, you’ll hear the gentle hum of the city, but come evening, it’s just you and the sound of your footsteps on ancient stone. That 9.1 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s the kind of place that delivers on what Dubrovnik is supposed to feel like, without any of the tourist trap nonsense that’s taken over so much of the old city.

Great location, good apartments especially for groups Perfect location about 800 m walk to Old Town (Pile gate). The three apartments together were great for our group. View of the Adriatic. Quite location. Well equipped ( including washing machines).

Amazing! The hosts were always in touch over text/call, and someone met us to hand over the keys making it very simple for us to find the apartments. Each apartment was spacious, having a living room, kitchen and bathroom. All fittings looked new. Lovely terraces and lounge furniture. Didn't feel like we were missing anything!
We all enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very helpful replying to any questions we had and arranged our airport pick up. very clean and well equipped. spacious.
Good stay in White and Co Villa Apartments and I can recommend them to other Location is very accessible to a lot of places such as groceries, old town of Dubrovnik and the bus stop.
What could be improved: Wi-Fi signal is weak especially in the rooms.

Exceptional The apartment was excellent and the hosts where so friendly and helpful! The location could not be better. There is a great champagne bar 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment which was super nice. Worth a visit for sure!
