  Stunning apartment. Well equipped and perfectly situated just outside the City Walls. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Each room had its own air conditioning unit too, which was really good. We ate out mostly but all facilities were there if you wanted to self cater.

  The location is perfect. 5 mins walking to the old town. Nice views from apartment too. Has a neat garden. The house is a stone house in a traditional style. The apartment has virtually everything in the kitchen (even dishwasher) and even some welcome food. The only thing it doesn’t have is a washing machine.
  
  What could be improved: Not easily accessible – need to drag the luggage by yourself all the way from the nearest place taxi can stop. And there are plenty of steps to drag the luggage, so prepare to do some workout on arrival and departure 😂

  Amazing location. Close to Pile Gate but fabulous views and tranquility. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Lovely welcome treats and Ani was very helpful

  This villa Ani is in an excellent location just outside Pile Gate, so easy access to the old town. The apartment is superbly finished to a high quality, with all amenities covered. Beautiful apartment with modern , trendy furnishings and with high ceilings with beams. Air conditioning in every room plus the most beautiful view of the old town and the Fort Lovrijenac. Plus the host vas warm, accommodating and excellent in her dealing before and during our stay. This is a high level accommodation for Dubrovnik and definitely deserves the highest score. Will visit again!

  Ani organised us transfer to and from the airport. The driver notified the host at the apartment on our arrival and Toni (Ani's father) waited us at the door already when we arrived. It was a really pleasant experience at arrival.
  The apartment is spacious and well equipped with anything can be required for a family stay.
  While please be aware that Dubrovnik is on a hill and you need to climb a lot of stairs wherever you go.

  The apartment was exquisite! It was beautifully and elegantly furnished with nice linens, china and furniture. There was a sea theme in all of the rooms and the color scheme was cool and calming after a long day of sightseeing. The Air conditioning was easy to control in each room and the kitchen was well stocked and had a full fridge. So nice!
  
  What could be improved: It's a hike to get up to the aparment- I should have packed in a big backpack and not a suitcase. But without the steps/hike up so high there would not be such an amazing view!

  The location is perfect. Steps outside the entrance to city wall, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. Breathtaking view from the top floor apartment. Spacious and very clean. Nicely decorated. The owners were available and very attentive. (Lots of stairs to get there, so don’t bring a ton of luggage. Dubrovnik is a city of many stairs.)

  Such an amazing apartment, it was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, beautifully decorated, comfortable and very well cared for. Ani was really helpful, and we wished we could stay longer. A quiet haven in a busy city.
